The Coyote Pellet Grill allows the user to set the temperature to control their cook. Three food probes can be used to display the internal temperature of the food cooking on the screen
Interchange Smoke or Sear Plate
The Coyote Pellet grill comes with an interchangeable smoke and sear plate. When the smoke plate is installed, the heat is diverted to the outer edges for indirect heat perfect for baking or smoking. When the sear plate is installed, heat goes directly from the burner pot to grates for high temperature searing and grilling.
Interior Lighting
Two halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface so you can cook day or night.
