Coyotes - BLU-RAY

For problematic marrieds Scott (Justin Long) and LIV (Kate Bosworth), the bickering wouldn't be the only problem in their Hollywood Hills home after a vicious storm knocked out all power. For them and their neighbors, though, the outage would soon prove far worse than mere inconvenience-as packs of vicious, wildfire-driven coyotes welcome the chance to establish their dominance. Colin Minihan's laugh-leavened shocker co-stars Mila Harris, Norbert Leo Butz, Brittany Allen, Katherine McNamara. 91 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

The Italian mob descends on the Mexico border to take on the most powerful cartel in America. When the son of an ex-mobster in witness protection is captured, his mob buddies come to Arizona to help him handle the cartel.

Come to the wilds of the Pacific Northwest for this outrageously committed mockumentary, which follows a year in the lives of a Bigfoot family unit (Jesse Eisenberg, Riley Keough, Christophe Zajac-Denek, and co-director Nathan Zellner, all buried under prosthetics). There's plenty of poignant revelations to go along with the grunting, excretions, and comically anarchic behavior in this certain cult classic-to-be from director sibs David and Nathan Zellner (InchDamselInch). 89 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.
