A: Yes, but the lowest setting is very quiet and barely any air flow.

A: Yes, cord isn't super long. If I had to guess around six feet or so.
Q: Is it quiet?
A: Yes, I have it on the highest setting on top of the toilet. Can't even tell it's there during my morning ritual.
