How long do these last in package?I have two filters in the package that are more than five years old. When I turn the filter upside down or shake it, I can hear something rattling around inside of them, like part of the filling inside is loose. Is this how they are when they are new, or do they go bad after a while?
Answered by CraneCustomerSupportThe filters should be soaked prior to use for about 30 mins. This will help to loosen/moisten the particles inside the filter and allow them to work properly.
