When it is working, it prints very well, but I’ve had some issues that has stopped me from being able to use it. I’ve had the machine for a little over 3 months and about 2 weeks ago I started having issue with the printer crashing. I figured it was a firmware issue so I downgraded the firmware to the previous version and the issue kept happening. I re installed the latest version and started getting an error and the printer wouldn’t do anything. I looked up the error code and it basically said that the mother board was damaged. And of course creality’s customer service is horrible, so who knows when it will be fixed. My suggestion is stick with Bambu Lab printers

It worked fine for a few prints then EVERY print after would fail. The documentation is thin and miss leading. The software is really annoying to do some the most simple of tasks. I wasted my money on this printer.
