A: According to the back of the card: "Once activated at the register, the PIN number associated with this card is valid for 1 year from date of purchase, after which time you will forfeit the entire value of this one-time-use card." So, the card expires 1 year after purchase.

A: Ifs it coming thru your email they will give you a code then you just add to your phone I called cus service and they set it up for me I gave them my code and that was it

A: You can stay with your plan. This is solely a refill card to use towards your existing service. If you were to buy a new phone, you can keep your existing Cricket service and phone number. Just make sure to ask for a SIM card swap - not a new phone number. You many not even have to use the new SIM card if your old one fits the new phone.
