I picked up the Cricut Explore 4 + Starter Bundle and it’s been a really solid buy overall. The machine works really well and the starter bundle was absolutely worth it. Having all the extra tools right out of the gate makes it way easier to jump into projects without having to immediately buy more stuff. I’d never used a Cricut before, so I expected a bigger learning curve. It ended up being a lot easier than I thought. I’m into 3D printing, so I’m familiar with maker tools in general, but even with that, I figured this would be more complicated. Most of the adjustment was really just learning the software. If you’ve used things like Photoshop or similar software, it’ll feel pretty natural. The projects I’ve done so far have turned out great and the machine connects to the app without any issues. For what it’s designed to do, it’s awesome and definitely earns a five star rating from me. There are a couple small downsides. The price is on the higher side. I still think it’s worth it, but if I were buying again, I’d probably wait for it to go on sale. It also would have been nice to have Wi-Fi instead of only Bluetooth, and I wish more than one device could stay connected. My wife and I both use it, so we end up having to reconnect our phones or computers each time. Only being able to have it tied to one Design Space login at a time is a little limiting too. Still, even with those minor quality of life gripes, it’s a great machine that does exactly what it’s supposed to do and does it really well.

This cutting machine is great for my needs. I was on the fence between the Explore and the Maker but chose the Explore because I don't see myself ever using any of the other optional blades that the Maker can use. The Explore 4 is my first Cricut machine and I find it easy to use and it cuts vinyl and paper perfectly. Haven't had any issues so far.

I got this for my wife as a Christmas gift. Within a month I’ve had to get a few file cabinets for her to store her vinyl and a dresser for blank clothing/etc. It has been a learning curve for her understanding what types of vinyl, clothing, etc and what heat setting to use on her heat press. Oh yeah, you’ll need to get her a heat press too if you want some awesome shirts. She’s getting the hang of it and has made some pretty awesome shirts and stickers for us, the kids, and some friends. Overall she’s found the Cricut design app to be worth paying for, at least for the past few months. I ordered online for pickup at our local Best Buy and that was a breeze. So far it’s been a cool tool to add to our home and I’m looking forward to what she can create next.

I love my cricut explore 4. Easy to use. Can make decals from my phone. Easy to connect on blue tooth. The way it cuts the vinyl fast. The app is easy to use too. Great fun mechine to make decals and iron items.

Works well. It is smooth, cuts with a good pressure, and is simple to use. Bundle is nice because it gives you extra tools and materials that come in handy!

I am 100% obsessed with this new hobby. The machine is amazing I do regret not getting the newest one! If you are looking for a new hobby GET IT!!! It is pricey but to me it was worth it
