A: Aprx 15" x 11" x 11" I had what I believe was a 3.5 Qt one and when I cooked one Lb of red beans the water level was right at the inner ledge where the lid sits. This made it hard to leave the house while it was cooking for fear it would boil over.. The new one is aprx 6 Qts. So plenty of room for one Lb of beans. The pot that this replaced had an off white pot which showed stains a lot.
