This DVD showcases and exposes the Chicano rap lifestyle of Lil Tweety, Scrappy Loco, Silent, Malowman, Criminal, and the man himself, Mr. Capone-e. The stars are the out-of-control concerts, the legions of hot female fans baring all, baldheads, tattoos, low riders, graffiti covered alleys, car clubs, hydraulic lifts, nudity, and everything in between.
