  Pizza was evenly cooked. Made with dough vs. pre-made shell. Did have little trouble first time with it sticking to pizza peel when placing in oven. Adding more flour helped.

  It’s a glorified pizza stone. Completely unnecessary. Cool idea but you can just use a pizza stone on your grill and spend way less money.
