Great pizza oven for less $ than others.
Amazing pizza cooker! Quiet, hot and perfect for in home use. I definitely recommend building the pizzas on a floured screen as it is difficult to slide pizzas off any peel onto the stone perfectly. The screens allow you to place the pizzas perfectly without cheese or toppings to fall off and burn and causing smoke. Otherwise it’s very clean and no smoke.700 degree capable and homemade dough beats any frozen pizzas!

Impressive Performance for Homemade Pizza
I was initially concerned of the simplicity of design of the Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven, especially when compared to other indoor pizza ovens on the market. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this simplicity does not compromise its functionality; in fact, it works just fine. One drawback is that you need to wait around 30 minutes to let the oven come up and stabilize at the highest temperature (700F). You need to spend double the price of the Cuisinart to get into the higher-end indoor ovens that can get hotter and have more control/features (e.g. individual control of the bottom and top heating elements). Regardless, the Cuisinart works way better than my normal oven for cooking pizzas and includes a ceramic composite pizza stone. Love the included metal pizza peel, which is well made and collapsible. It makes the process of transferring pizzas in and out of the oven a breeze, adding to the overall convenience of using this oven. When it comes to cooking performance, the Cuisinart is solid and consistent. It consistently cooks very good New York style pizza in just 5-6 minutes (rotate halfway), leaving a semi-crispy bottom that is simply delightful; the texture is great. This holds true even when I load up my pizzas with a lot of sauce and toppings, which is how I like it. While I haven't experimented with other pizza styles like Neapolitan or deep dish using the included pan (i.e. Chicago or Detroit style), I am impressed with the results I've achieved thus far. Thin crust and New York are by far my favorite styles of pizza, so this oven works perfectly for that. I’ve seen reviews that criticize the Cuisinart for not getting hot enough for Neapolitan, but I haven’t tried making any yet, so…. cannot confirm or deny. Overall, I’m very happy with the Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven. Its simplicity of design is deceptive, as it delivers excellent results with ease. Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or just looking to enjoy homemade pizzas without the hassle, this oven is worth considering.

Cuisinart pizza oven
I love having this pizza oven! It just felt wrong to be using a conventional sized oven to regularly make personal pizzas. The increased temperature range is also nice. I'm glad I didn't have to spend $300- $600+ to get what I need.

Great pizza oven
This little pizza oven is a powerhouse. I’ve been using it for quite some time now and my pizzas come out beautiful every time. I would not recommend using the peel that comes with it. I’d recommend getting another. I had a really hard time with it but all in all this is a great oven. It has nothing to do with the peel.

Most Certainly Good Enough for ME!
Bought this pizza oven like a month ago and honestly for me, it certainly does the job. I am no professional in the pizza making industry so I will not give an in depth review, however I do feel that the pizzas I make taste restaurant quality. I think I'm very much impressed with how crispy the crust was on the bottom instead of soggy like it sometimes because using a baking stone in the regular oven. I have not yet tried the deep dish pan out yet, but that is going to be soon. The pizzas I make are generally thin crust so I keep it around the 600 degree temp. I've tried 700 degrees which cooks much too fast. Another thing I like about this oven is that it does not smell up my apartment with smoke at 600 degrees, but that is when I scrape the stone with sandpaper. Always flour and sometimes bits of cheese gets on the stone. Anyways, I hope this review is possibly helpful. I still have yet to try other pizzas, but for the price it is Good Enough.
