Simple assembly & everything is built solid. This thing fits us perfectly. We don't have much outdoor space so, our oven sits on top of our BBQ grill & I run the gas hose from that grill. We got crust from a local joint & grabbed a bunch of different toppings for 3 pizzas. The oven got to over 500° (maybe 525°ish) and held there running from the 20 lb. tank. 6 minutes of baking is all it takes per pizza. Reading before we got it led me to get the Cuisinart pizza turning sticks & I can't recommend them more. The best pizza I made, without overcooking the crust, was when I gave the pizza a 1/3 turn every 2 minutes. The warming drawer works great when you're making multiple pies. I've declared myself the best pizza chef in our town. Get one of these. You will not be disappointed.
