Customers recognize the Precision Master 5.5 Quart Stand Mixer for its high-end quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the sturdy attachments and the appealing color options. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the bowl size and the weight of the mixer.
This is my first mixer. I’m a beginner baker and I was shopping around and was comparing a KitchenAid vs this pink Cuisinart stand mixer. I’m so glad that I bought this one. Not filmy at all and has some weight to it. I have made bread dough, cheesecake (cosmic brownie cheesecake in picture), cookies, chocolate ganache, and more in this mixer. It has up to 12 speeds and a powerful motor that isn’t in the KitchenAid models. The attachments are sturdy and mix well. Sometimes the sides are not picked up, but getting a side scraper paddle head would fix that. Which leads to me to the next point… I wish Cuisinart had different mixing bowls for this stand mixer. Luckly, I bought the KitchenAid 5qt glass mixing bowl and as you can see it fit really well on this mixer and reaches the bottom of the bowl. I have heard that the KitchenAid attachments are interchangeable with this mixer, so that solves that. Overall, I love this mixer and it goes well with my pink/blue kitchen. 5/5 for me. :)
