Perfect toast and bagels after I got the hang of my preferred temperature setting

This toaster is good for oversized breads. It is 1500 watts, I would have given 5 stars, but you still have to set it on 5-6 to get it to fully toast. It is still a good toaster for the price. It is a little to long for small counters.

Bought this model after our previous toaster died. Chose this model after checking out different toasters at various retail outlets. I like the wide long slots since my wife like buying craft bread loaves from bakeries. The slices from these loaves is usually longer than standard toast slices. I also appreciate the wide slots which is essential for bagels. As far as toasting - it does an expected good job. Even toasting on all areas of the toast, on both sides. We were pleasantly surprise that you could fit two standard size toast slices in one slot - so you could toast 4 slices at a time.

I like the longer slots for speciality breads. I think it is some what slow when toasting.

Nice looking toaster and does the job well. Because of the shiny finish of the metal it's quite a fingerprint magnet. It also gets hot on the top after using it, so be really careful while handling it during and after use.

Love this Cuisinart toaster, wide enough for thick bread or bagels. The darkness slide is accurate and I like the stop buttons that are well lit. Super easy cleanup access. Almost 2 years and still works like day 1.

Works as should. Slots accommodate longer slices of bread

This was an open box purchase. I was disappointed when I picked up the toaster at the store and it came without a box. Other than minor scratches the units was in pretty good condition and unused. Toaster works really well and it seems to take a lot less time to toast my bread compared to my old toaster. The unit can easily fit two pieces of bread per opening, which is very convenient when making breakfast on a school day and people are running late. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality of this product.

The 2 large slots accommodate just about anything you want to toast. The elements do a great job. Just a little pricey for what you get

This is a good product that does as advertised. Not difficult. Good for those oversized artisan bread slices. Not really worth the regular retail price but can be ok when on sale.

This toaster is great! You can toast 2 extra wide slices of bread or 4 normal slices being there is only 2 extra wide slots. Its great for sourdough bread

we love the look of the toaster and the option for sour dough bread, bagels and toast. Plus a defroster for frozen items such as waffle, etc.

This is a good looking, well performing toaster with wide slots for bagels and long slots for large slices of toast.

I can't believe that I had to spend $70 to get anything of quality for a toaster. But, I'm really old, so I can remember way back when... you could get a heavy duty toaster that would last. This is the closest thing I've seen to toasters from that era so just moments ago it finished toasting my morning English muffin.

I like artisan breads. I was looking for a toaster that could handle the larger slices and make great toast. I found this one and I couldn't be any happier. Works great will all kinds of toast, bagels and waffles.
