About this product
Original album as CD in a DIGIPAK with artwork by Artwork by Rhyme Puma and design by Kyle Tierce for Memetic Supply Co.Curly Castro's new album Little Robert Hutton is a paean to the radical imagination. Throughout fourteen songs, the Bajan-American artist fuses his vivid wordplay with a historical continuum of black revolutionary thought, and the result is an AfroFuturist vision in 3-D IMAX. This is Castro's rawest and most uncompromising work, the heat from a thousand ghetto uprisings smoldering in every bar. Lyrical gymnastics take a backseat to the words' power and the beats' concussive energy. Little Robert Hutton is hard in every sense of the word, the speaker rattling banger after banger. That production is handled by Quelle Chris, Messiah Musik, Blueprint, August Fanon, Locust, DOS4GW, and Jason Griff. The album also features guest appearances from Breezly Brewin, Mr. Lif, PremRock, billy woods, Zilla Rocca, Marcus Pinn, ALASKA, SKECH185, Candice Murray, and Margel the SophantThe Blacker the Berry, the Blacker the Blood. The Blacker the Truth, the Blacker the Panther,The Blacker the Retribution.- Curly Castro

Dominique Tassot - French Saxophone 20th Ctry Music Saxophone & Orch [COMPACT DISCS] date 05/25/2004
Double vinyl LP pressing. 2012 album from the legendary Canadian Rock trio. The recording of Clockwork Angels began with Grammy Award winner Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Deftones) who collaborated with the band on their 2007 studio album, Snakes and Arrows - and Rush co-producing. Lyrically, Clockwork Angels chronicles a young man's quest across a lavish and colorful world of steampunk and alchemy as he attempts to follow his dreams. The story features lost cities, pirates, anarchists, exotic carnival, and a rigid Watchmaker who imposes precision on every aspect of daily life. With more than 40 million records sold worldwide and countless sold-out tours, Rush - Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson, and Neil Peart - is not only one of the most inventive and compelling groups in rock history, but remains one of the most popular.

Formed in 2010 and fast recognized as a killer live act, Little Hurricane devoted two years to the creation of Gold Fever. While the album has a heart-on-sleeve honesty that's deeply intimate, Gold Fever also delivers a slew of songs huge in sound and scope. The commitment to organic, unadorned sound is evident in the Little Hurricane's live experience, which has graced major festivals like Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits in recent years. The stripped-down but amped-up two-piece dynamic also goes a long way in maintaining Little Hurricane's beautifully brutal energy, even on the more intricate and melody-soaked arrangements heard throughout Gold Fever.
