WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

You cant download it from Best Buy's servers. I receive a server error, Best Buy states server is down. I bought this product on JULY 4th, it is now Aug 7th and I'm still fighting with CYBERLINK for the download. Will never buy a Digital Product from best buy ever again.
