I bought this originally for a new computer system, but before I could install it, and after numerous power outages in a couple of days, I decided to put it in my home theater cabinet, replacing a large surge protector. What I found to my surprise was that my home theater didn't draw more power than the battery backup delivers, and in fact I've been able to watch TV right through a recent short outage! Now I just have to buy another one for the new computer!

I have four CyberPower 1500VA UPS systems. Recently the battery died in one of them that I purchased in 2011. It was easy to get a replacement battery and easy to replace the battery. It appears the battery is now dying in the other one I bought in 2011. The main difference I see between the CyberPower units and some APC units I have is that the batteries in the APC units are larger, so the run times are longer (they also cost more). The new unit I just bought is a little larger than the older ones and with same load, lists a run-time about 10% longer. It is at 28% load and lists a run time of 23 minutes. The units themselves have behaved flawlessly for years and so far, no problems with the one with the new battery.

The UPS works great and the information screen is a plus. The UPS can alert you when your computer has switched to battery backup..I have this powering my Verizon FIOS ONT and when the power goes out (normally the phone continues but no internet) this keeps me up and running with about 2 hours of run time.

purchased 3 for our small office. purchase based on low price and capabilities this model has. Installation was super easy - love the software. Haven't had any power surges since installation - so waiting to see how it performs when put into action. so far love it.

I'd purchase this item again. It is being used to protect a 65" Plasma TV, Sound System, Blue Ray Player, etc. Item has been perfect since purchase 3 months ago. I've always used APC UPS products (over 20 years) but much prefer this product. Like the features better. Runs cool, unlike APC products. USES VERY Low power in idle mode. Tells me at a glance how much power my TV System is using. I LOVE this item. Will NOT buy APC anymore. Simple to use, right out of the box. Does just what it is supposed to EASILY. NO hassles hooking up or using. Good Instructions. HIGHLY Recommended.

Solid product, I have it integrated into my entertainment center to keep the Internet, phone, and Cable Box online should the power fail. The Idea is to allow me time to switch the home from grid feed to generator feed. I have not yet had the opportunity to use this yet, but I feel confident that I will have the ability to switch them out without loss of service.

I bought this because the fuse at my home would trip with my desktop computer on. Now I feel much safer plugged into a ups. My computer is also running much better because of the steady power delivery. Very intuitive, plug and play with no additional software for my computer. I also like the LED screen that provides good info and settings.

I wish I'd have bought three of these ones instead of the CyberPower units. I use them for our multiple blackouts (Los Angeles, go figure!). I get 7 hours of backup on two security cameras. The CyberPower Units only offer 4 (funny, because it's the same wattage!). A very good purchase for Angelinos who are sick of the many blackouts in wonderful California!

I needed a UPS for my NAS after a couple of power failures. I've been using CyberPower products for years and find their products are reliable. Easy to use, easy to setup.

Reliable and effective, it provided seamless backup during a spate of a cascade of short but frequent outages. It lasted for a half hour outage at full load with time to spare. Very happy we got it.

Actually use on my pellet stove. If we lose power allows me to cycle off. Last for about 2 hours

Researched and chose this UPS for my TV setup with Sony Bravia 77" OLED. Completely satisfied with the design and capability of this product.

Been using these UPSs for years. Never let me down. Sure you got to replace after 3-5 years but what battery lasts longer than that these days?

I have noticed that the estimated time usage on the built-in application says about 65 minutes of total use. I have never even come close to testing it for the full time, but I have been for about 3-5 minutes without power due to a couple of storms. The computer doesn't miss a beat. I have an all in one desktop with a 27" screen and a secondary screen all hooked up to the power supply. It will not handle the laser printer on battery power, but that is fine by me. I think it was well worth the price paid.

We use these at work. One at each work station . They last years and keep the workstation (CPU & 2 monitors)running for at least 15 minutes during a power failure.

In rural SE Oklahoma we suffer many brown outs that would shut down and cause to reboot all video and audio equipment. I use one on audio receiver and one for TV, dish receiver a dvd. Problem solved no more reboots during periods of brown outs.

Pretty much just set it up, and go. That's all I've done, and after a month or so, no issues whatsoever.
