Q: How do you access the HDD bays to install a new HDD? I can see the bays on the lower right, if I take off the right panel, but they're difficult to access. Does the front panel come off somehow?

A: You can pull off the front panel. You have to put your hand all the way under, even under the "feet" on front, to get it off. I thought that was part of the rest of the case and it didn't occur to me to pull on it. There's no way to delete the question, so I figured I'd just answer it lol.

Q: Does this PC have windows 11 and Bluetooth on it?

A: If you have windows 11 and if you have Bluetooth but I do not recommend it, today I am returning it because in a windows update the system got stuck when restarting. The computer turns on but the system does not run and the manufacturing company does not respond by phone to make the guarantee effective and send an email and it will take 4 to 7 weeks to get a response but not a solution to the problem.

Q: I really want to install more RAM. The serial number for the RAM in this computer is TLZRD48G3200HC16FBK and it is literally not sold anywhere. How do I upgrade my RAM if the currently installed RAM no longer exists anywhere?

Exceeded all expectations!
Let me begin with this: this pc blew all my expectations out of the water! Value – Fantastic! If you were going to build this pc from scratch, and were able to buy the graphics card at msrp (functionally impossible at this point), you would still come out ahead by about $100 and if you bought this at $999 you’d come out about $200 ahead. I bought this at $999 on sale, though it is now sold at its $1099 list price. In this current market (as of 1/11/2022), you’re probably saving between $300-$500 by buying this as a prebuilt. My Individual Specs Out-of-the-box: • GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6600 Eagle 8G Graphics - GV-R66EAGLE-8GD • Motherboard: B550M DS3H AC – Gigabyte Ultradurable • Ram: 1x8gb T-Force Vulcan Z DDR4 @3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL16 • Cpu Cooler: Coolermaster A71C (I think, but don’t actually want to remove it to check) • SSD: wdc wds500g2b0c-00pxh0 • Case: Functionally a Phanteks P360A – branded for Cyberpower • Power Supply: EVGA 600 GD, 80+ GOLD 600W - 100-GD-0600-V1 Performance: The performance of this machine is bafflingly good. I used fortnite, SofTTR, and Witcher 3, for testing gameplay experience. Just looking at Fortnite on competitive settings, the best-case scenario for this hardware (no bottlenecks anywhere) is about 360fps on average. Out of the box, this PC was cranking out an average of about 345 fps. I can also comfortably run SofTTR at 1080p ultra-settings with an FPS average of about 85fps and Witcher 3 1080p Ultra-settings with about 95fps on average. Real world use will probably be lower as you’ll probably have other things running in the background, but this is a fantastic rig for the price. Biggest surprise was just how good the airflow on the case is. Only downside is that dust management will probably need to be more rigorous, but that’s a small price to pay for good airflow. Take-away: This PC can be used for both competitive gaming and for an immersive 1080p experience for AAA games – especially if you limit it to 60fps for these demanding types of games. The Little Things: Now, I knew what I was paying for when I bought this PC, so these comments won’t impact the rating I give the PC as a whole. • 8gb of ram isn’t enough. 1 open game, one chrome tab for music, and a discord call, and it is completely used up. I almost immediately added another stick of ram to this for about $40 and it helps considerably. • The CPU cooler leaves a lot to be desired. It can adequately cool the CPU up to about 70% utilization – which is fine for gaming but just won’t cut it if you’re thinking of using this as a workstation for video editing or 3d rendering. • The cable management could be better. Unless they know something that I don’t, I’ll never understand why they decided to daisy-chain the case fans when there were available headers. • Really little one – the thumb screws on the case are so bad! I really never imagined I would have so much difficulty with screws until I bought this computer. Overall Rating 4.8/5

Great for anything! Gaming especially.
Excellent pc! it runs great, specs are good (i added extra ram) and never had any problems. Keep up on graphic card updates and make sure to clean it and it will be just as you bought it! runs games great! medium to high graphics depending on the games you play. I run high on every game i play and have maximum 120-140 fps. Great buy!

Internal parts are a good value
The colored lights can be turned off by pressing the M button on top twice, with two long presses. (I had to press several times, but the lights did eventually go off). It comes with two SATA cables, a diagram of the motherboard that identifies the jacks, a CD of drivers and utilities (although there is no optical drive, I still appreciate having it), and a quick start pamphlet, which describes the basics of putting a computer together and turning it on. It lacks any other documentation, though. I had to find out what the case (a Phanteks P360A) was from a QA page, then look it up to find out what the buttons on top do. A computer should ship with at least an explanation of what all external buttons do, or what model the case is so I can look it up myself, or a web page that describes it. The only thing it did ship with was a card saying I would get a $10 gift certificate for writing a review. The case, a Phanteks P360A, is problematic. The power button is exactly flush with the top of the case-- you cannot feel it at all when you run your hand over it. As a result, I accidentally powered down the computer 3 times in one day. It’s where your hand will naturally go when moving the case (it’s the only clear place on top-- the rest is the vent), and it’s also right next to the case light buttons, the top USB jacks, and the headphone jacks, so your hand has reasons to be resting in that area. The hard drive bays are backwards, which is to say the connectors are facing _forwards_-- towards the front of the case and away from the motherboard. As a result, your SATA cables need to be about 8 inches longer than in other cases. The provided SATA cables were long enough (two are provided, one with an L-shaped connector for tight spaces and one normal), but it’s worth noting that your existing cables might not be. I could not figure out how to get the front off to install a new hard drive and had to look it up. You have to put your hand all the way under, past the “feet” on the front, and pull from approximately two inches back. I did not expect this; I expect the “feet” to be part of the support structure and not moveable. The mouse and keyboard provided are good quality, but seem to be made for someone with larger hands than mine. The keyboard keys are high profile and have a _very_ long press. Typing was actively difficult for me. The mouse was a little too large for my hand. I replaced them with $5 and $10 replacements. I don’t really consider the keyboard and mouse to be part of the system, though-- they’re a convenience for people that may not have any. The USB jacks are _extremely_ tight. The first time I used one of the USB jacks on top, I actually had a hard time pulling it back out. I had to use my full strength to pull it out-- it was stuck that bad. The ones on the back are not quite that bad but are very tight. There may or may not be a minor issue with the USBs aside from that. The computer would wake from sleep at random times. It might be immediately, or it might be hours later, but it would always wake back up on its own. It was being caused by the mouse and/or keyboard, but simply disabling their ability to wake the computer was not enough. I ultimately had to disable the ability to wake for all "USB input device"s under "Human Interface Devices" in the device manager. There's no way to know which is which, so I disabled all 4. This means I can only wake the computer with the power button until I diagnose what is causing it. I had one crash, when I removed a USB drive without clicking "eject" first. I am not sure if this is related to the other USB issues and I don't know enough to diagnose the root problem. Since then I have made sure to click "eject" instead of just pulling USBs out, and it has not happened again. The system's internal parts are a good value, and it was on sale, which was the deciding factor. It was a good deal overall.
