Ive been a PC building enthusiast for some years now but the GPU market has made buying a prebuilt the only way to get a decent upgrade without paying way too much money. Overall this is a good prebuilt, it is the second time I have used this company and both times they did a wonderful job of building the system. These are far better PCs than the ones made by the OEM builders like Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Alienware as all the parts in this build are standardized and can be replaced/upgraded with most aftermarket parts. So this PCs lifespan can be as long as you are willing to make it and wont be E-waste in a few years. It came well packed and shipped, the cables were cleanly managed and the connectors were all well seated. It was easy to set up and get going. The instructions would make it easy for a beginner just looking for a way to get into PC gaming to understand how to properly set everything up. I bought mine from a retailer and I do believe that with my CPU/GPU combo it should have come with 16gb of RAM instead of 8gb. I went ahead and bought some more ram when I picked mine up. The install was easy and the case comfortable to work in when I moved my hard drive from my old PC to this new one. The case is quite good and I will probably be using it again to build another PC after the components currently in it become outdated enough. Some minor complaints, but overall a good job here by Cyberpower!

Recently decided to buy my first pre-built instead of building/upgrading myself. Couldn't be happier! Everything worked out of the box and I didn't have to mess around with any troubleshooting of parts. Runs everything with ease and quietly too. I also liked that there was an expanding foam pack in the case to ensure the parts don't move during transport.

Great pc, Great price, overall best performance. Looks great and fans work like a charm. I got it up and running in an instant. One thing I reccomend is making sure you plug your HDMI into your graphics cards instead of the motherboard. I totally forgot I had to do that and was getting held up lol. Great product overall and would recomend

had a problem with win 11 but fixed. This PC is amazing, got it yesterday and it has lightning fast performance, Booted up Apex Legends and got insane performance, V-sync on and I stayed locked at 144Fps with medium-high settings, never dropped a frame, Do be wary that this PC only comes installed with 8Gb of ram, I'd suggest another 16Gb upgrade of Corsair Vengeance RGB SL to get this performance, Other than that, Great PC, Cyberpower always Delivers!!

CyberpowerPC is amazing for prebuilt desktop gaming rigs. Great quality, even better value. Ordering from best-buy here in Flushing Queens, NY it was quick and easy, especially with online reservation for pickup. Glad I did it ahead of black friday too :)

This computer has everything I would have built into a desktop and it cost less than doing it yourself. The cable management is phenomenal, the economic choices as far as components leaves space on the logic board for upgrading. More so—it’s STABLE. Oh, and I love the Lights and how it has different color modes. Overall computer is awesome. Just wish the mouse that came with it was wireless but thats an easy fix.

Ah this pc made me feel excited and hopeful. The moment it arrived I opened it and begin to set it up. After having a nice look I loaded a few games to test it and I noticed a few problems. The rgb was not working which I didn't mind since I was planing on turning it off either way but that was just the start of problems. When i started a load on a game I noticed that I was getting a really low score on a benchmark in a game. (AC Origin) so i lower the graphics level I had chosen and it was still underperforming by a a significant margin. On 1080p high it would not consistently stay on a fixed fps and it would dip quite frequently to 20s-30s on ultra. I then thought maybe there was problems with drivers or windows Update since there had been problems with windows 11. I spent some time updating everything and it did help a bit but still not enough. I could maybe live with it while messing with the settings but it didn't end there. The higher graphics made notice something else besides that things even while playing where still no good. Whenever I put a load on the pc it would make coil whine noice. To those who don't know what is. It's a very annoying sound that no one with a brand new pc should had to stand. If I could I would post the sound. I am very disappointed. I probably got a defective unit so I'll be returning this pc soon.

This review is for the "Gamer Master Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 - 8GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT - 500GB SSD - Black" which I purchased through Best Buy, and overall I'm pleased with it. Everything was working out of the box and all of the included parts were as-advertised or better. The case looks great and seems to provide good airflow. The power supply wasn't specified in the listing but turned out to be an Apevia ATX-PR600W which is 80+ Gold Certified and powerful enough to give me some upgradability. The RAM stick which was advertised at 3000 MHz turned out to be 3200, so that was also a nice little bonus. The motherboard was also not specified and turned out to be an Asus PRIME B550M-A WIFI II-CSM, which I definitely can't complain about. It is a micro-ATX board and the case can fit a full-size ATX so that would have been nice, but it's a decent board from a reputable manufacturer. Also worth noting that the included WiFi can only pick up the standard 2.4 GHz signals and not the less-common but faster 5 GHz, though I imagine most people plug their desktop PC's into ethernet, anyways. Obviously, as with most prebuilts, your mileage may vary on any of these parts that aren't specified in the listing, but in my case I came away mostly impressed, especially considering this was a Black Friday deal. It would have been nice for some of the manuals for the parts to be included, particularly the motherboard, but not sure how much time I would have spent reading those, anyways. I also want to give credit to the individual(s) that actually constructed the machine as it was evident that it was done with care. Everything was plugged in correctly and securely, and the cable management was excellent in the back. While it's not something I'll see every day, it was noticed and appreciated. It did also come with a CyberPower-branded keyboard and mouse. The keyboard isn’t my favorite, largely on account of the strange gamer-y font on the keys and the fact that the backlight doesn’t show very well through the keys so it can be difficult to tell which key is which, especially in dim environments. Otherwise, totally decent free peripheral that doesn’t feel aggressively cheap and also has a handy volume adjustment roller. The mouse I actually do really like. I find that it feels really natural in the hand, in addition to having several DPI settings, 4 well-positioned side buttons, and my favorite scroll wheel I’ve ever used. I know prebuilts have a bit of a negative reputation in the hardcore PC gaming community, but I definitely feel like I got solid value-for-money with this one, and that CyberPower delivered on their promises and then some. Would recommend.

The computer itself is awesome!! I Installed it a few days ago with 0 issues as of yet! Pc came with tforce RAM which is only sold in pairs as of right now, so I did buy the additional RAM (currently at 24gb with the pc now). Outside of this, i also installed a new hard drive(1tb). I got pretty confused doing so since the hard drive mount is in the front, lower section of the computer, only accessible through the front or the non-glass side of the case. Once i realized this though, it was much easier installing the hard drive. The pc works amazing!! I have no lag, no game rendering issues, its all clear, smooth, and honestly feels like butter! I’m very happy with the computer, and the specifications in it justified the price i paid (999$). I really would recommend to buy an hdd, and more RAM. The computer is set up in a way that does seem to encourage upgrades. Windows 11 is quite different than windows 10, but there’s quite a few nice things about it as well. It took maybe a day or so to get adjusted. All in all, its an awesome computer for games and general use. Would just recommend adding your own hdd and more RAM later on tho! :)

I bought this PC during Black Friday sales and it was a great deal, especially considering the current GPU market where it's hard to find GPUs at a decent price. It runs very smoothly but I highly recommend upgrading the RAM to at least 16gb to be able to fulfill it's true potential. The box also comes with a free keyboard and mouse so that's a nice touch.
