This machine lasted less than 3 months. Now it just randomly shuts off, just like someone pulled the plug. Cyberpower wants me to pay to return it and they say it will take 3 weeks to get it back. Best Buy won’t help me at all. I get an Indian support tech reading a script. Absolute piece of crap machine built with parts pulled from other returns and their support is worse. Do not buy from Best Buy or cyberpower. Picture shows the broken video card they tried to pass off as new

Came with broken power supply and a cord broken on a really cheap motherboard luckily best buy swapped it out no issues

For under $1500, this is a steal. It's not top of the line, but it definitely has top mid-tier specs and runs newer games at high/ultra with good frames (at 1080p or 1440p). My research found that this has specs roughly equivalent to Intel/Nvidia PCs going for a few hundred dollars more. I've always been a fan of AMD and their ability to provide value and performance, and this is no exception. I suppose one potential con I can think of is that AMD falls behind in rayracing performance at this level, which isn't important to me but could be to others. Another con would be that this PC is not meant for high performance at 4k resolution. At this price point, though, both cons are understandable. The build quality is great and all components are name brand from what I can tell. The built in RGB lighting options are limited, but seem to be expandable for those who want lots of flash. There's zero bloatware, which is really nice. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to those looking for a sub $1500 gaming PC.

It is a great device and truly does power thru any test you place it to. The real thing is that the original pic (Best Buy changed it) of the device had a glass front and that is what i was thinking i was going to get but but the one i got was the one that matches the new computer.

Ordered this computer and took a week to receive. Bios updated within a month ago. Came with a b650m c v2 mobo, 2x 16gb t-force 6000mhz ram, 800w EVGA gold plus ga. Pcpartpicker said this was a good deal, since individually they were very similar.
