I am absolutely thrilled with my new CyberPowerPC Master Gaming Desktop, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Best Buy! From the moment I set up the system, I knew I had made an excellent decision. The AMD Ryzen 9700X processor, paired with 16GB of memory and the powerful Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060Ti graphics card, make this computer lightning-fast. Whether I'm running AI and large language models or just browsing the internet, this machine is incredibly responsive. I was also impressed by the stunning LED light on the case and fan, which not only looks awesome but also adds a touch of elegance to my setup. The included keyboard and mouse were good quality, although I didn't use them extensively. One of the things that really sold me on this computer was the customer service at Best Buy. I visited the store to upgrade the system with additional RAM, another 1TB NVME drive, and some other accessories. The staff were incredibly helpful in finding everything I needed, and they made sure it all worked seamlessly with my new CyberPowerPC. The GPU is truly a beast, handling AI and large language model tasks with ease - even beating out ChatGPT! The system has plenty of USB ports, which are super fast and allow me to transfer large files from external hard drives in no time. The network card is also incredibly fast, making browsing the internet and local networks a breeze. I love that this desktop is upgradable, so I can add even more components and expand its capabilities as needed. And the best part? It's ridiculously quiet! You almost need to look at it to know it's on. My only minor complaints are: The second NVME drive didn't come with a screw, so I had to order some from Amazon. There was no SATA cable included for plugging in SSD drives, but Best Buy had some on hand that worked perfectly. The graphics card has only one HDMI slot, which limited my monitor options. However, an HDMI-to-DisplayPort adapter solved this issue nicely. Unfortunately, there is no software to control the RGB lights, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, however, I am completely blown away by my CyberPowerPC Master Gaming Desktop, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in the market for a high-performance PC. The Best Buy staff were top-notch, and their support made all the difference. **10/10 would purchase again!

Purchased this to replace our multipurpose home use PC. Liked the specs and my wife likes the case color and the RGB lighting. Very little bloatware to worry about, setup was very simple and had the unit up and running in minutes. I chose LapLink to transfer files and user settings from the old PC. Added 32 GB of RAM as well, also moved over a 2 TB SATA HDD for storage expansion. I'll be looking at getting a second NVME drive in the future, but a very nice looking and robust box.

It was very easy to set up and get started! I purchased it for both gaming and schoolwork, and it's running great! It is a bit bigger than I anticipated and doesn't fit on the shelf under my desk, but that wasn't too much of an issue. It fits just fine on top of my desk and looks good too.

I love this case, it is such a unique design and looks even better in my dark room where you can see the lights glowing on the front cover. The specs are pretty decent and I'm actually liking how quite the air cooler compared to my old water cooled one that makes so much noise.

Purchased this Pc because i need a reliable system for call center calls. Easy to install (Not Tech Savvy). Aystem runs smoothe, no lags, nor blue screen so far for me. I do play basic gaming like Call of Duty. Experience is amazing. The PC system itself is great for a starter, if your into serious PC/gaming/tech. Price is reasonable, which is expected, (If your looking for a system that can handle multitasking) Lastly, the design. I love the exposure of the RGB LIGHTING

Bought at the beginning of the year with no issues at first. Several months in (well past the returnable date) I started getting frequent random restarts (Kernel-Power error in Event Viewer) and Geek Squad couldn't find anything wrong. After months of my own troubleshooting and replacing the provided Apevia PSU (which, even though Apevia is apparently one of the PSU brands I've been told to avoid, ultimately wasn't causing the issue), I believe I finally fixed the issue, which was a severely outdated BIOS version. I guess I just wish there was an easier way to keep something like that up to date for less experienced users. Overall, it's a decent prebuilt with good quality components for a reasonable price.

Honestly great PC I’m not that computer savvy but the setup was super quick and it runs like nothing I’ve had before. I’ve been able to fit tons of game on it with no performance problems, it can run new high performing games, music, and browsers all at once with no lag. The frame rates are crazy!

This PC has met my every need and want when it comes to gaming. I have been running essentially every modern-day game in Ultra settings or higher with little to no loss of quality or frames. 10/10 strongly recommended for the price.

Some of the ease of what I expected from a prebuilt PC was missing from the start. The motherboard in this machine has various known issues. Its made by MSI and the model is Pro B650-VC Wifi. No matter what I did, the machine wouldn't detect the wifi integrated on the motherboard. Because I couldn't get it to work, I just installed a separate wifi adapter and everything was good. The motherboard was also missing a couple small pieces that should have been installed, so I couldn't install a second SSD without getting some extra screws and a standoff. Now that these issues are resolved, I'm happy with what I have, but the experience could have been smoother.

Okay, so I just got my hands on the CyberPowerPc Gamer Master, and I'm pretty stoked about it. First off, the white case is clean and looks sick on my desk. The logo isn't too flashy, which I appreciate. Inside, its rocking an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X, which is super snappy. I've been able to run all of my games without any lag, and the 16GB of RAM means I can have a bunch of stuff open at once without it slowing down. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is a beast games look amazing, and I haven't had any issues with frame rates. Plus, the 2TB SSD is clutch. Everything loads super-fast, so I'm not stuck waiting around.

Performance Highlights: Processor: The AMD Ryzen 7 9700X is a powerful 8-core CPU that handles multitasking, gaming, and creative workloads like video editing or streaming with ease. Graphics: The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti (8GB) is great for 1080p and 1440p gaming. It can handle most modern titles at high settings and supports ray tracing and DLSS for smoother visuals. Memory & Storage: 16GB of RAM is plenty for gaming and general use, and the massive 2TB SSD gives you fast load times and tons of space for games, media, and software. Design & Build: The white case gives it a clean, modern look. CyberPowerPC usually includes RGB lighting and a tempered glass side panel, which adds some visual flair. It’s also known for decent airflow and cable management, though that can vary by model. Who It’s Good For: Gamers who want strong performance without jumping to the RTX 4070 or 4080 price range. Streamers or content creators who need a reliable machine for editing and multitasking. Anyone looking for a future-proof setup that won’t need upgrading for a few years. Things to Consider: If you’re into ultra-high frame rates at 4K or competitive esports at 240Hz, you might want to look at higher-end GPUs. CyberPowerPC’s prebuilt systems are generally well-reviewed, but it’s always worth checking the cooling setup and PSU quality depending on your usage. If you’re pairing this with a My Best Buy Total™ membership, the added protection and tech support could be a smart move—especially with a system like this that you’ll want to keep running smoothly.
