So i purchased a prebuilt PC not expecting to have to do much to this thing right out of the box. This pc had no lights at all on the fans as they were all unplugged from what im assuming is the fan control board in the back side of the pc. The PC came with some 12VHPWR adapter cable and i had no clue what to do with it or if i even needed it. The PC comes with very basic, (and i mean basic) instructions. Luckily my only saving grace is that i have a Buddy who is a IT guy and knows about these things so i was able to call him and he walked me through it. He got me in the bios and got my settings all squared away as well. For someone who doesnt know about computers, this is very hectic and unenjoyable. Once i got past all that nonsense i was able to enjoy the PC. This thing is quick and runs very smooth. Very good purchase.

I got the pc on march 13th this is being posted on the 15th. The pc was originally supposed to be delivered on the 8th. No visual issues besides a screw that wasn’t completely seated and some honestly pretty bad cable management. Only game I’ve played so far was Minecraft I’ve installed Optifine and complementary unbound shaders and with the shaders set on ultra I average 144 fps with occasional gps drops below 60 fps (usually 58)tho I’m pretty sure since my monitor only has a 144hz refresh rate my max fps is 144. I haven’t done a dedicated temp test but highest I’ve seen was around 70 degrees. Over all good pc

I didnt know much about this but when i did the research i knew it was the one for me I loved it and i would recommend it for a new pc & for beginners definitely a great buy and all the workers helped me tremendously

I ordered this PC off of bestbuy.com super excited I’ve never had a good computer in my life it was delivered by UPS and unfortunately it was open when it was delivered so I returned it to Best Buy. and explain the story. Customer service on the phone was super nice and understood but at the Dallas location. 9378 N Central Expy Dallas, TX 75231 United States they return desk girl asked me twice did I open it? I told her no if I opened it I wouldn’t be there so they ordered me a new one and it was supposed to be ready by Friday but it was ready sooner today is Tuesday, April 9. So I go to pick it up. It looks like the exact same box but the same dance as it had from the UPS truck that delivered it to my house directly. I noticed the bottom was taped twice, and I was convinced it was the same box. I talked to the return girl again, and she assured me it was not the same box, I’m gonna upload some pictures now and you can clearly see it was open and tape back up on top of it. It has a giant dent in the side of it which I will add that picture to. I do you not recommend buying from this Best Buy terrible customer service retaking boxes.

usually i would blame the UPS for things like this but this is all on BestBuy. They delayed my order then when it gets here it has a shattered leg. Bottom is out of line and the glass wont shut. They also shipped the pc with the MOUSE INSIDE IT. whoever did this needs to lose there job. Huge let down. 1800 dollars just to be broken. And now im without a computer for another week or 2. DEFINITELY LOST A CUSTOMER

Recently bought their CyberPowerPC - Gamer Master Gaming Desktop with a Ryzen 7 7800x3d and Nvidia 4070 Super and it has been nothing short of amazing. Firstly the PC was packaged very well and the build quality of the PC was great. PC comes with everything you need, just plug and play. The RGB lighting has several different modes to choose from as well as a wide array of colors. My PC came with a Ryzen 7 7800x3d with a 4070 Super along with 1TB SSD and 32gb of DDR5 Ram. You cannot find a better deal for these specs especially at the price I found it brand new

This pc is great! came a day earlier than it was expected to as well. I run majority of games just 1440 and i receive 220-240 fps no issue. i have ran games on 4k and it runs smooth and effortlessly. i was suprised it came with the MSI 4070 super, Tforce ram. THey put good parts in this pc. On top of the beastly ryzen7800x3d super smooth and fast for comp gaming. I added a 2tb HDD for some extra storage but other than that this is everything i wanted.

amazing, exceeded my expectations, great price. it has a b650m moba and parts running nice and cool. I am getting amazing fps in all my games, better than my friends with 3090s and 7950, and paid much less not too much later in time.

Great PC so far, everything work fine. I wish it had an instruction manual besides that it was a great investment.

I just got this pc on March 1st and this thing runs like a beast! It runs perfectly with no issues. A couple downsides of the pc is that the cpu coolers were pretty cheap and sometimes it would overheat, another thing is that you need to buy a power outage cable thing with a minimum of 750-850 watts, 600W is not enough. Otherwise, this thing is really good for a CyberPower PC.

The performance, quality, speed is unmatched. Great price for what the pc offers. Defentely would recommend!

Absolutely fantastic pc, I don't care for them ram they put in it... I really think they should have matched the ram with the rgb or white aesthetics of the computer instead of using a 2 red sticks... The only other red is the power light... Aside from that it's a beautifully built pc packing some serious energy sucking power! Seems like I'm kidding but I'm serious compaired to my last pc this thing has a 850w psu!

Even though the first PC I picked up from them was broken (probably due to shipping to the store) customer service made it very easy to return the pc, and they even offered to swap with one in store. I chose to re-order same pc again and it came perfect the second time.

This machine is amazing. Outperforms most “high end” builds with a midrange cost. Can play any game on high or ultimate settings with NO issues. 10/10 would recommend!

Worth the money, just search up each spec individual and compare price per value, and this will definitely be worth your investemnt.

Amazing gaming for my 4k monitor! This PC has one of the best CPUs out there and a fantastic GPU! Would buy again!
