Replacing a custom self built. It is a nicely put together prebuilt. Packaged nicely. Easy setup. Runs very quiet and the performance playing games was sweet. I love its clean look. I have put machines together before and CyberpowerPC did great.

I was considering building my own Gaming PC, but found this great deal at BestBuy. It was easy to set up, and has worked like a charm. This PC had everything I wanted in a gaming machine, enough storage, a good GPU with plenty of RAM, a decent PSU, and easily accessible USB ports on the top. Plus it has the AMD CPU. Playing games on this machine is great and really fast, even with higher or even the highest graphic settings. So far it has been relatively quiet when playing, the fans work but the cooling system seems to work well so the fans don’t blast. I was also impressed with CyberPower PC as a company. They are highly rated as a manufactured by the BBB. Also their tech support has been quick to reply when I asked some questions about which components were installed, and how to control the LED lighting. They seem friendly and willing to help If you are looking for a powerful gaming machine, you should consider this one.

This computer from Cyberpower meets every expectation and then some. It was really easy to set up and looks amazing. It doesn't make loud noises unlike my previous computer which makes me very happy.

Without any documentation, took me the longest time to figure out how to get the keyboard and PC to stop flashing insane colors. (There are two buttons on the top of the PC for this, and the keyboard uses these buttons: FN 1-9 for colors, FN pgup/pgdown for brightness, FN +/- for speed.) But it works well after that.

Easy set up. Very quick boot and functional use. Highly recommend.

Purchased online based on specs, didn't realize the lights are always on unless computer is off. Does everything I need it to.

It's running everything I've thrown at it so far with no issues. It even shipped sooner than the estimate. So, it was awesome to receive it earlier than expected.
