This computer is amazing. Very pretty and works great with games and multiple tabs up. The fans are very quiet and I set the lights to purple.

I was very pleased with this purchase I am very familiar with computer components and pre-built systems and this was by far the best pre-built experience I have ever had there was no issues with the system everything was in perfect working order the system and cable management was spectacular and I've been enjoying this computer every day since the purchase I would highly recommend this particular system and it's specifications to anyone looking for a good pre-built system.

Beautiful setup and easy to plug n play. Super quiet and noticeably faster than my other gaming pc. Best pre-built for the price for sure!
I bought this when there were very few bad reviews, now that i see others who fell into the same trap i did, im not the only with this blue screen curse issue. after picking it up this weekend and setting it up out of the box i had the blue screen... this is a 2 thousand dollar system and you guys cant even test it for the customers to see if it atleast powers on without dying? DO BETTER

Not really a Best Buy issue- it's a manufacturer issue here. I ordered this PC and when it arrived the keyboard didnt work and it took like 3-5 business days to boot up the computer. I wrote ir off as a weird one time thing since it was new and needed updates. Then the blue screen crashes started. The start up was still taking several minutes. It was clearly not normal so I took it to BBY to be checked out and was basically told it seemed the computer hardware was faulty and the recommended replacing it. I wasnt thrilled but luck of the draw I suppose. I received the replacement and it actually started like it should. No blue screen crashes. However, I got into a game and realized the FPS was maxed out at 240. The previous computer actually had a better quality graphics card in it... of course the description doesn't tell you the GPU clock speed as it will just be luck of the draw. Previous card ran almost 500 FPS. Anyway, it's useable. If I had never returned the previous one I wouldn't even know that the GPU can/will vary unit to unit. It's something to be aware of though as it was pretty disappointing. When replacement time rolls around, I'll probably just cut out the guess work and build a PC.

Awesome PC and it looks great. Only experiencing one minor issue, I cannot control the LEDs through BIOS. I don't believe the argb is connect to the motherboard for some reason. Otherwise, this thing is a BEAST, very satisfied!

I am a man in his 60s and self-taught on computers. I finally was able to afford a computer with some really good specs. I can't say enough on how happy I am for the speed. Easy and convenience had a few Issues I put a call out to the computer company. The gentleman Alex helped me load some new drivers for some stuff that I was interested in and this thing is amazing ,service was excellent. Geek Squad is excellent. Best Buy is one of the best companies out there. Don't hesitate to buy this computer. You will not be unhappy, I promise.

I would recommend this PC as gaming desktop, it's a great deal for what it offers. The computer boots up fast and runs smoothly. I use the desktop for both school and gaming. Works like a dream.

I have had this computer a month now. And don't have a bad thing to say about it. I've been using it every day. A couple hours each. I am so amazed on the speed. How quiet it is. And not to mention great customer service. I needed a updated driver and a gentleman by the name. Alex at cyber power headquarters was amazing and helping me get everything loaded. And I couldn't be happier. Don't hesitate, best. Buy has great sales and if You become a total member. You're protected for 60 days for price adjustments. Also for returning your product, but you won't be returning this computer because it is amazing.

I have bought this computer 3 times and every single time there was something wrong with it. The first pc kept having black and white sqaures pop on the the screen around every 30 to 60 seconds. The second PC's liquid aio was extremely loud. It was so loud, it would make this high pitched sound that was very annoying to constantly hear. I am a professional videographer and video editor. I would play my footage not even in editing software, but simply playing it in windows media player there would be warped horizontal lines going across the screen. I returned it, and bought a third one. The third pc had black horizontal lines going through the videos when I played them in Adobe premiere. When I played video games on the pc, the game would crash, the screen would go black and then half the screen would turn green. Sometimes a game, internet browser, or software would crash, and I would get a window called an "amd bug tool" basically saying saying something crashed because the amd igpu didn't work. I then bought a 4th cyberpower pc (a different model) and that pc came dented and the rgb lights did not work. Also, the first cyberpower pc was another model that has a very loud power supply I returned it. So I have been through 5 cyberpower PCs that did not work. I have contacted cyberpower pc, and they did not care. I went to best buy today, and the manager couldn't care less. I explained editing on a computer is my livelihood, and I couldn't get a discount, and I couldn't get new computer expedited to me fast because the best buy employees simply did not care to help me. All they have is "can't do that." When you buy a pc from best buy, you have 60 days to buy a warranty. My current PC I just returned I got on sale for 130 dollars off. The best buy employee told me if I want this pc again, that he has to do the exchange because of the sale, but this time the best buy employee told me it's 15 days for a warranty. But when I buy the computers on the best buy app, I have 60 days, but through him it's 15. The manager told me if I want compensation for 5 broken computers to call best buy customer service, and I did, and of course, they did not care at all. They are like robots reading from a script, talking in circles. They told me the policy must have changed, because it's now 15 days for a warranty. I told him ten minutes ago, I was showing the employees my phone that it is 60 days on my end, and the in-store employees weren't sure if this new computer they ordered for me would be 15 days warranty or 60 days. This is very strange to me, especially in the past a best buy employee on the phone told me it was 60 days as well. But obviously it is on my end, it's on my app clear as day. Best buy has offered me no help. Nothing but a "too bad." Absolutely despicabl, along with Cyberpower PC. I know what you're thinking, why still buy a computer from best buy? The reason is because I had a previous laptop that I sent for repair that was still under warranty. Best buy junked it and now I am stuck with a best buy gift card.
