For the price you can’t touch this pc. 11900k and a limited edition water cooled amd branded 6900xt. The only thing I would like to see is a higher quality z590 board and better ram. It has cheapo ddr4 3000 ram. A 11900k and water cooled 6900xt deserve other components that match their quality.

Love this PC. After I set it up the pc would not power on, I checked the cables on the motherboard and re-plugged them in and wiggled a few; afterwards it powered on. Have not had any issues since. This pc is amazing plays all my games at the highest settings like butter. I have it paired with a gaming monitor for a superior experience. The liquid cooled CPU and GPU keep the computer from running hot. This is my first time buying a CyberPower PC, and couldn't be happier.

Great PC for the money. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in great shape. As for the PS itself, setup was easy and quick. Needed to update the OS but that's to be expected. The extra fans ensure that the PC doesn't get too hot, it runs very quiet and the provide keyboard and mouse are surprisingly good. Overall, a great purchase at a good price!

PC arrived with the GPU dead, absolutely no display signal whatsoever. I actually ordered this after paying nearly $100 to ship back and refund a custom build I ordered off their website that was spec'd worse, cost $1000 more, and also did not work. For the price, and especially in the current market, these specs are unbeatable, but that means absolutely nothing when the computer doesn't function properly. I guess I could have RMA'd either the individual part or even the PC as a whole, and if that's something you'd be willing to do you can certainly take a gamble on this. Yes, it is a gamble because getting a functioning computer from CyberPowerPC is like winning the lottery. Not only that, but the experience of dealing with the company directly on their website has left such a sour taste in my mouth that I just want to wash my hands of ever having dealt with them in the first place. This was their last attempt to provide a decent product and they failed miserably yet again. The whole point of a prebuilt is to plug it in and have it working straight out the box! On a positive note, I will say that the build quality was much better than what I had previously received as a custom build. AIO radiators were actually mounted properly, case had plenty of fans, and cable management in the front wasn't all that bad. The case itself has pretty big risers on it, which is good for helping cut down on the dust, and the top of it has a magnetic mesh filter that can be taken off for easy cleaning. Obviously I was never able to do anything with it so I have no idea what it's like under load, but I will say that just having it turned provided plenty of airflow in and out of the system. Overall, I would not recommend buying this product. In my personal experience, and from reading reviews for other CyberPower PC computers, this company has a terrible track record when it comes to functioning systems. I know the specs here are awfully tempting, but the product, and frankly the company itself, is a headache to deal with and not worth the time and effort spent to try and get working parts. Oh, and the money spent too because they extort you on return shipping when dealing with them directly. Did I mention that already? The one good thing about buying through Best Buy is that they provide you with prepaid shipping labels when you send stuff back in. You know, like a proper company that at least pretended to care about customers would do. "We do not provide free return shipping labels," is a direct quote from CyberPower customer support. Infuriating.

So far so good. Just got it. Running on 1080p at the moment. Halo infinite on ultra setting is hitting 150 FPS on average. Will be buying a 4K to test soon. Haven’t done any over clocking or anything like that yet. Fairly quiet and not getting too hot.

No signal from graphics card. Card seems to be defective. Also, one of the fans on the top of the case has broken lights. Very disappointing.
