The switch works well but the button is a little awkward to push when entering a dark room. I would recommend their paddle style switch over this one, but functionally this switch works very well. If you do have issues with your lights flickering you will have to install the light bulb adapter that comes in the box. I have all cync smart light bulbs but i still needed the adapter. I heard it's only an issue if you have no neutral wire.

Simple set up. Has never lost connection. Seamlessly integrated to my Amazon echo system. Once I selected the correct type of bulb, the dimming feature also works great. I will be buying more of these to replace my other smart switches.

This is one of the best switches I have ever used but the app has a lot of issues called customer support it took him a little over an .hour to get me up and running its up and running the only issue I have now is just about every time I log in it wants my password but it won’t except it so I have to reset it and many times I forget my new password do to multiple times of resetting Alexa works great and so does the program only issue is the password

I bought this switch a couple years ago and it has been mostly working well. The app works well, but you have to wait a few seconds after opening before clicking the light. Otherwise it may not turn on, and you’d have to try again. That’s no biggie though. It does connect with Alexa and google home. The connection with Alexa is subpar. Routines involving this will either be delayed by 10-50 seconds or just not run at all because Alexa lost connection with the server and then you have to disable the skill and then reenable it (you’ll have to sign back into your Cync account again).

I bought this switch for lights in a media room. Every night when you try to use the switch through the app it takes a few minutes to connect. I wish it would stay connected for faster use. after it connects it works instantly for the rest of the night. dimming lights and turning them on or off without getting up during a movie or while playing games is awesome. Installation was really easy and instructions were very clear. Not sure I would recommend this switch over another brand as this is the only smart switch I have used. I have many more switches to upgrade so I will be trying out a different brand and will update this review.

bought for an LED ceiling fixture that said it was only tested to be compatible with certain dimmers. I already had cync bulbs and this same dimmer in another room and wanted all my smart lights on the same app. Took me 15 minutes to install, works perfectly. Came with a standard screw in bulb insert to make another regular bulb smart, which I plan to use in a nearby lamp. Got on discount, hope this product won't be discontinued!

Works great in my dining room. I have it set on a routine so comes on even when I am not at home. Will dim or brighten with the command of my voice to Alexa.

I purchased three of these after returning another brands due to not having neutral wires in my electrical system (older home) everything needed for the installation was included aside from the tools. Wireless setup was a breeze with the C by GE app and pairing it to both Amazon Alexa devices and Google Home devices was very streamline. You are able to dim lights through your smart home devices as well as the App. Works with other face plates as well if you are not a fan of the white. I would purchase this product again!

Worked as advertised. Tried one just to make sure it would work with our house that was built before the 80s so it has no neutral wiring. The house does use Romex wires, so it did have the ground. Everything worked as expected. I put it in a room with ceiling light with 3 bulbs which created a load more than the 15w. Dimmer works as well. The only down side is that these switches are pretty expensive compared to others.

Having an older house with no neutral wire, I bought this hoping to add voice functionality to my light switch. Install and setup went smooth, but two weeks in, the switch would randomly and increasingly lose connection to my Wi-Fi. It wouldn’t have mattered but it always caused my overhead light to flicker off an on when it reconnected, causing me to have to remove and replace it with a Lutron Caseta.

Hi Marquis, the 3 wire switch flickering issues can be remedied by attaching the included bulb adapter. If you have a fixture that does not take an a19 bulb then we can send you out a fixture adapter to correct the wattage issue. Easy to set up, looks and works great. It too me about 30 minutes to set-up, I’m quite a notice. Once wired, and screwed in, I connected via mobile app, and then done. I did find the wiring a little confusing ,but only for a minute. Love that it works with “hey google”, huge added confidence, since this was set up in a home theater.

it really is a easy set up. I was able to connect it fast. my box had two black wires and one tree. I connected black to black, black to black, green to green. turned the power back on but the smart switch didnt power up. I guess it was because the ceiling fan had those mini bulbs that are only 5 watts and they do not fit the bulb adapter?

I love c by ge products. Whole house is setup w them. Had 5 switches i could not setup due to not having a neutral wire. Finally they came out w a solution which i beileve they are the only ones. Easy setup and works great. Happy customer. Thanks
