Overall happy with the product choice.
Use it for daily basis since installed without any issue. Overall like the product which is under Samsung that all my appliances are the brand family. The space is large to heat lots of food at one serve but there is no additional holding plate so it is kind of messy when food spills. The product design is neat with variety functions but wished the display panel could pop up a bit for easy view like some other brands. Because the microwave drawer was installed under kitchen islander so have to bend to see the panel display when operate it since it is vertical.

Looks great but in new kitchen where we just didn’t want to take counter space or on the wall.

Overall a good drawer microwave. Only drawback is it tends to be loud.
