The item without the handle. It has been over a month and still no handle. Replaced a sub zero with the Dacor and save $2200. The main difference is the "weight" of the parts. It feels a bit lighter and cheaper, but definitely not $2200 cheaper. I wish the drawers were sturdier. It runs much more quietly than the sub zero. If the handle ever arrives I will bump it up to an A-.

BEWARE!! The pictures shown on website have a handle, unit does not come with one. Retailer was not aware, had to order one for $180 after tax, will arrive in December. Shelves are too close together to hold some bottles. This unit is a $2,700 piece of crap, wish I could return it but past return window.
