The cooktop supposed to be ready on 10 June, but all I got from Best Buy is delayed, yet no update whatsoever.

Peace of the gridle broke off, not sure how this happend to galvanised steel. Also burners work and than are broken.

The burner makes tickling noise which is very annoying. This happened for 2 replacements that we got. And now we want to install another make and model
