Purchased in November of 2023. We have now had it for just under 4 months. We didn't use it much at first, but when we stared to, I noticed it was not heating evenly, getting more done in the back than the front. Looking closer at this it looked like the door didn't seem to shut completely, although it supposedly has an "alarm" if its not closed, so I guess that doesn't work either. Also, the clock started to not keep correct time. This led to looking in the manual, but there is no way to set the clock yourself. This led to using the troubleshooting guide which shows how to do a diagnostic test. This revealed that not only was the door not closing properly, but also the top broiler is not working. We had never used it so didn't know. We never did find a way to reset the clock. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because if it was actually working properly it would be a great oven. I have called for service (also a huge pain) so we will see how that goes, but honestly for a $4,000 oven, having issues within the first 4 months is pretty bad.

This oven is great. It has very large numbers on the display so you can see from the far side of the kitchen. The racks glide super easy. It has all the bells and whistles plus smart phone control.
