This battery arrived as advertised, without tools and without double sided tape. Knowing that ahead of time made this simple. I’ve replaced iPhone batteries before and had bought the minimal toolkit for the first one. I pulled up the YouTube tutorial and completed the steps without difficulty. It’s probably better to add the tape but since the space is so tight anyway, I don’t expect any problems without it. This battery works as expected and holds a charge longer than the cheaper version that was also available on the Best Buy website, so I’ve extended the useable life of the phone by a few years, by which time it will probably not accept any more updates, and with have to be replaced anyway.

Works perfect in IPhone 6S. Make sure you have a tool kit to do the install.

The battery was fine, However it was for my I phone 6 S plus. Thinking I could get it installed in house I was very happy. However, after waiting in line I was told I would need an appointment. Then I asked how long it would take to install when I had an appointment, He said about an hour. No problem, I could make an appointment and wait. BUT...it was not so easy I was then told by the Geek people that they did not install batteries on my particular I phone. That was it....no other info or help. I walked away towards the mobile phone area and must have looked confused as a gentleman asked me if he could help. I do not know his name but he was a Manager in the Mobile phone section. I explained that I had talked to someone in the store a week ago, had purchased this battery and was told it could be installed . I was not told I had to make an appointment or that they would not install on my particular phone. This Manager took me in hand, tried to see if the battery could be installed. But it was a no.....but he did not drop it there, he called around and found a place in Conroe that would install my battery. I was very grateful he took the time to do this. I went to the place he suggested and they had my battery installed in 23 minutes, and I went on my way. So this review is a negative for the Geek Squad and a big positive for the Manager,

I am glad I found a 6s battery at Best Buy. This battery turned out to be good and my phone holds a charge all day again. I had bought batteries elsewhere and they were defective or didn’t hold a charge for long so good thing I saw that Best Buy sells batteries.

Seems to be working fine. I had the tools left over from another repair so I used those to get into the housing. It took me about 30 minutes to change the battery (mainly because it’s hard to get the old battery out due to glue strips -try heating up the back of the phone with a hair dryer to loosen the adhesive’s grip). Be sure to watch a couple of videos first and let your old battery drain below 15% first.

Don't buy this Doesn't come with instructions. When you find instructions your realize it doesn't come with the adhesive strips. But not until you have your phone disassembled. Total nightmare.

Work very well and hold charge. Very good. Easy to installation.

Easy way to get more mileage out of my iPhone 6s. Easy purchase.

I don’t know about the battery’s endurance because I just received it. I do know that if you want to install this in an iPhone - unless you’re a watchmaker and have a watchmaker’s steady hand and keen eye - it’s a frustrating ordeal. I cannot fully install it and have lost a couple of the almost microscopic screws. To boot, some screws are long than others so you have to note exactly where each screw came from. Sol nothing against this particular battery, which is probably fine. Just, if you don’t want to ruin your expensive phone, have the battery changed professionally.

This is my 2nd battery I have ordered.. The first battery was great, stay charge for a long time but it only last for a few months. So now I ordered this one which is OK it doesn’t hold a charge like my first battery, but I’m hoping it will last longer..

My IPhone 6s was almost dead and kept shutting off. My IT guy Tony put it in and it works like when I bought it!!! Great price and super fat shipping!

Had to special order this battery for my iphone 6s. It came only after a few days. Installed it myself to save money and I have not had any problems at all.

Had to buy original i phomne batter to solve my problem the battery in at home wated money an had to wait 2 months to get that battery i lett you figure how i feel
