Dark Nights: Death Metal / O.S.T. - Dark Nights: Death Metal (Ltd Ed Translucent Yellow) - VINYL LP

Sandfall Interactive, Kepler Interactive and Laced Records are banding together to bring Lorien Testard's breakout soundtrack for Clair Obscur Expedition 33 to vinyl and CD. This 8CD set includes the complete 154-track digital soundtrack and 23 bonus tracks, including fan favourite InchThe Manor - Our Painted FamilyInch. This features many of the in-game music mixes, and all music has been specially mastered for the CD . The music in Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is pivotal in driving the emotive story that enraptured players have fallen in love with. Most tracks were written and recorded at Testard's home studio, with a selection also performed and recorded by the prestigious Curieux Orchestre at Midilive Studios, Paris. Testard's debut score is a musical painting that supports the game's Belle Époque setting. Among many others, the leitmotifs in InchAliciaInch and InchLumièreInch are woven into the fabric of the game experience, capturing the grief and hope of the characters and the beauty of Lumière. Central to the appeal and effectiveness of the music are the lyrics and vocal melodies of Alice Duport-Percier-the lead voice and emotional heart of Clair Obscur Expedition 33's many vocal tracks. Joining Duport-Percier are vocalists Victor Borba (singer on Devil May Cry 5's InchBury the LightInch) and mezzo-soprano Axelle Verner. Verso voice actor Ben Starr also sings on the moving InchUntil Next LifeInch. The digital soundtrack holding the No.1 spot for six consecutive weeks on Billboard's Classical Chart and Classical Crossover Chart is testament to the power of Testard's musical storytelling, making these Clair Obscur Expedition 33 physical soundtracks a must-have musical companion for any expeditioner, RPG fanatic or video game music connoisseur.
