I didn't receive the monitor I am to review, I received a newer or older model, not sure which. That said the one I received is awesome except I didn't get a remote control with it. I already have one and wanted the same exact one but not worth returning for a few minor differences. See picture below, the bottom one is my original and the top one is the one for this review. I don't like the control on the this one, it is not buttons, it is a swivel wheel and not very responsive. I use it for work and home so I need to change it back and forth so I bought a HDMI switch which works perfectly. I was going to use it on an external video card but the resolution wouldn't go high enough so it needs to be plugged directly into the computer.

Great monitor. My partner plays a lot of Pc games and says this really allows for an immersive experience

the monitor itself is no bad at all, I was just looking for HDMI 2.1, I miss read the instruction that's why I send it back.

The monitor is excellent, but when I found out, it was being shipped via FedEx, I called the seller to cancel and explained why because every package I get in FedEx is damaged. The seller assured me that they could transport it with another carrier and they did the seller is upstanding. Great customer service.

Product arrived damaged and I was disappointed when I returned to the store and found it was "not a best buy product" and they would not support it if I replaced the damaged unit. I loved the product's potential. Would love to consider something comparable.
