    Not what I ordered

I didn't receive the monitor I am to review, I received a newer or older model, not sure which. That said the one I received is awesome except I didn't get a remote control with it. I already have one and wanted the same exact one but not worth returning for a few minor differences. See picture below, the bottom one is my original and the top one is the one for this review. I don't like the control on the this one, it is not buttons, it is a swivel wheel and not very responsive. I use it for work and home so I need to change it back and forth so I bought a HDMI switch which works perfectly. I was going to use it on an external video card but the resolution wouldn't go high enough so it needs to be plugged directly into the computer.

    desktop monitor

I really enjoy the fact that the monitor is large and helps me to utilize the entire screen to complete my tasks. I can have multiple devices and screens open at the same time which I enjoy. Something I would like, is the ability to have 4 parts of the screen working at the same time. Switching between devices is not easy and requires more processes than expected. A remote would sometimes help in the adjustments of the monitor.
