About this product
Defiance belonged to the San Francisco Bay Area thrash scene. 'Void Terra Firma', their second album, is commonly regarded as their best by thrash pundits. The drums, courtesy of Matt Vander Ende are top quality, technical with great time changes and use of double kick drums. This is how drum production on a thrash record should sound! The record begins strong with the highlight title track InchVoid Terra FirmaInch. The riffs courtesy of Doug Harrington and Jim Adams are highly technical, much like the riffs on the debut. InchQuestionsInch is an awesome track. The intro sounds cool, and the riffs are highly technical. The cover of the Iron Maiden classic InchKillersInch is pretty cool. InchLast Resort (Welcome To Poverty)Inch is an awesome closing track. All in all 'Void Terra Firma' is pretty solid from start to finish.

Boxed set containing deluxe CD and double colored vinyl LP pressing. 2017 , the 14th studio album from the Irish quartet. Songs of Experience was produced by Jacknife Lee and Ryan Tedder with Steve Lillywhite, Andy Barlow, and Jolyon Thomas. The album is intended to be a companion piece to U2's previous record, Songs of Innocence (2014). Whereas it's predecessor explored the group members' adolescence in Ireland in the 1970s, Songs of Experience thematically is a collection of letters written by lead vocalist Bono to people and places closest to his heart. The personal nature of the lyrics reflects a brush with mortality that he had during the album's recording. Includes the single You're the Best Thing About Me.
