I had the TV delivered & set up by the Geek Squad.I was always advised of the progress on delivery & time of arrival.She was very knowledgeable and helpful on the set up letting me know what & why she was doing things. She made sure she set it up the way I wanted it and encouraged me to ask questions.After the set up was completed she went through all the functions & how to do things.She made suggestions on how to simplify different functions and no question was was stupid or trivial to answer. A very patient person and exceptional teacher.Left a card so could call her if had questions later.I did call and left a message & she promptly returned my call and answered my new questions.A good experience & worth wild purchase.

GEEK SQUAD SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE ON TIME AND READY TO GO TO WORK ! I WENT TO THE STORE TO PAY AND WITH EASE THEY DELIVERED MY TV MOUNT ! WITH INSTALLMENT CAME TV CONNECTION! DVD CONNECTION AND CABLE! THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY! THANKS AGAIN! BEST BUY

The technician called before he came to give me a tighter arrival time and arrived within that 15 minute window. He also reviewed the order he was given to make sure he understood what was being requested and had all the appropriate tools. My installations had several variables. We discussed all options and agreed upon what was to be done. He proceeded in an organized fashion; protected my floors and the surrounding areas. After installation, he made some minor adjustments for me, made sure everything was operating correctly and cleaned up. Very pleased..

The Geek Squad team arrived punctually on schedule and did an excellent job of installing the new components I had purchased. They installed the surround speaker wiring inside the walls so there was nearly no exposed wiring for me to conceal. They provided (at no additional cost!) a wireless connection for the sub-woofer, which was a pleasant surprise to me. They set up everything, tested it out, showed me how to operate things, and offered to come back at no cost to me if I needed any further help on anything.

Geek Squad member Bob came when he was supposed to and installed TV, Soundbar, FireTV, BluRay, Sonos Speakers, RING Doorbell and surveillance, Hue Lights and completely hooked them into my and my wife's android phones. Then he sat down and showed us how to access it all . He even gave me his card so that I can call him if I had any problems. Good to go. No problemo!

The 2 Geek squad set up men came on time with my 49 inch QLED Samsung TV. They assembled the TV to the leg stands & hooked up the cable & internet for my Smart TV. They could not hook up my old Samsung DVD player since it was not compatible to the new TV's hook-up ports (HDMI ports vs. red, yellow & white patch cord plug-ins. Now I was told I would have to buy a newer DVD with the HDMI ports & another cord to play my DVD's with my new TV.

We have always hooked up our own equipment but this time around we decided to let Geek Squad do it. It was a smart decision. First, the 49" TV was just too big for us to handle safely. Second, it took the Geek Squad tech a half hour to connect what would have taken us hours because he didn't have to read the manual. He was on time, friendly, knowlegeable, patient when we asked questions and worth every penny we paid.

Honestly, I didn't need a Geek Squad Agent to set up my new Sony 900e but I wanted to make sure everything was functioning properly. What I got was a professional, respectful, ON TIME, gentleman that set up and explained my new TV in about 40 minutes. The time I saved and the piece of mind I received by having Geek Squad deliver and set up my Sony was well worth the price. Wouldn't do it any other way.

Setup was perfect, although I could have done that myself. Main reason for hiring Geek Squad was for professional mounting above my fireplace. Nicely done. Would have taken me twice as long and result probably wouldn't have been as good since this would have been my 2nd wallmount TV effort whereas the technician who came out had done dozens. Glad I listened to my wife for a change.

My TV was delivered when I was told it was to be delivered. I was called ahead of time. The gentleman dismantled my old tv and disposed of it so I didn't have to worry about it. He connected my new tv and showed me how to use the new remote. He connected my provider remote also and showed me how I could use either if I wanted to. I appreciate the time and effort taken.

My new 65 in Samsung arrived with the geek squad and in a very short time the whole installation and set up was complete. The. TV is great but what really impressed me was the geek squad team. They installed the bracket and TV and you would never know that the TV was wired to anything. They also connected my sound bar and synced the whole setup to one remote

Being a bit nervous about buying a new "Smart" TV, I chose to go for the Geek Squad installation, I was very pleased with the gentleman who came to my home. Kenneth was pleasant, professional, very helpful and patient with me. He spent a lot of time setting up and explaining how to use my new equipment.. I'm very grateful.

My first contact with Best Buy was Eric Peterson who provided me with an In-Home Consult. Eric is an excellent representative for Best Buy & extremely helpful. My second contact was with Dwayne McInnis (Geek Squad) who did the initial install for my TV and new wireless router hookup. Dwayne was great & patient while explaining the setup to me.

Samsung tv, Yamaha receiver, Sony DVD player, and Klipsch speakers were connected and set up by Great Lakes Communications, Inc., a Best Buy subcontractor. Very professional and accommodating crew. Thoroughly explained how the equipment works, and works together, to me. Offered additional help if there were problems - no problems. Did a good job.

Joe and his crew made a game day installation call on a way to improve our purchase and dramatically improve the sound. It required another trip to BB and then a second install date. But the improvement was dramatic. I told him we would never have known about the opportunity. He said "we deal in integrity as well as sound". I am a believer.

Jane was knowledgeable and very accommodating. So happy I chose to have her help me set up my new smart TV. I needed extra help for a TV w/o cable and she had a Roku in her truck as the antennal would not work. This employee is gold! Give her a raise.

The Geek Squad called to inform me that they were a short distance from my home. They arrived, removed my old tv and set up my new 4K tv. They connected the set to my wifi and then showed me how to use the different features. I was later contacted to see if everything was working properly and if I had any questions.

I'm a single female and not a the"techie" type, so I rely on "Geek Squad" for all installations. Eric went above and beyond bringing me several blue-ray players to choose from to my house when we discovered mine was not compatible with the new television. Now that's standing behind your company!

Our tech was very knowledgeable and helpful with little hints that we might not have read about in the manual - even if they were there. He gave us his cell to call with any challenges we might have. But his instruction and demonstration was so well done, that I've been able to handle them.
