Wrong charger and obnoxiously loud fan

I know I bought a refurbished computer but im not impressed. I was sent the wrong charger and when its updating, the fan sounds obnoxiously loud. It sounds like its rubbing on something. Not happy. Havent gotten to see if the rest of the computer works.
