This a very fine product and so far I haven't discovered any negative issues with it other than battery life. It's very thin and light. see pics I would buy this again.

Very pleased with the value of this device. I am glad there are refurbished computers like this instead of spending $500 more for similar specs

I have had this laptop 48 months and have been very disappointed. I had to notify the company for a backup USB. It's due to several Blue screens. This fixed the computer for a couple months, and then it did the same thing again. I wanted a laptop.I could rely on, and this is not it. I am very surprised that best. Buy would sell a product this unreliable..

I was looking forward to my refurbished Dell 7420 – my son and his business partner/tech lead both bought and recommended the unit. Unfortunately, there were two major hardware problems – the computer did not turn off when the lid was shut, and the left click on the track pad had to really be mashed before it would operate, Even worse, I didn’t recognize the problems until I had completely set the computer up. So if you go ahead with this purchase, check your unit early on for ALL moving parts (lid, left click, right click, all the keys, speaker, anything that moves), ports, etc. Otherwise, it's a light, nifty unit with great specs. One last point, though: the fan exhaust made my left pinky finger swell up in the heat! I'm not kidding here. I have big hands, so perhaps you'll be fine.

Excellent laptop with high end specs. 32 GB ram and 2 TB SSD. WIndows 11 Pro. Great value. Super lightweight which was the requirement. The system is refurbished and looks to be in very good cosmetic shape. Brand new Western Digital WD Black SSD with only 1 hour on it. The battery is factory original and has lost 14% of its original capacity. Windows setup was more hassle than necessary. After joining WiFi network windows setup lost connection and gave an OOBE warning. I had to connect via an Ethernet cable and adapter to complete setup. After that WiFi worked just fine. BIOS was very old and took two updates to get it current. The WDBlack SSD also needed a firmware update, It would be nice if the refurbisher would update things like this prior to shipping. It may have avoided the Windows setup glitch.

The computer itself (a refurbished one) seems alright, save for the hinge, it appears to be attached wrong on one side and opens very stiffly. I sent this to Best Buy and have heard nothing back.
