For being refurbished it looks and feels brandnew, nice light up key board, sleek silver design and great feel. Doesnt overheat, everything I need.

I needed a new laptop as overtime my old one was getting slower than molasses in winter. I did a lot of research into finding a good computer for a good price. Boy did I get lucky! This new laptop is FAST and amazing! Such a good size and it has all the features I love in a laptop! I LOVE IT!! Such a wonderful laptop and I went to the store the other day and compared prices. BOY...did I get a good deal! Thank you!

I absolutely love my new refurbished laptop. It’s beautiful fast light has beautiful graphics! And the price was awesome. Thank you Best Buy and Joysystems for refurbishing it.

Overall pretty good. It is not quite as fast and doesn't process multiple programs at once as I was expecting (given the specs), but it works fine enough. It also gets hot pretty quickly, which wasn't unexpected and the fan keeps up pretty well (haven't had it shut down). For it being refurbished I am pretty happy with it; although it was missing some of the documentation I would have expected (start up guide, history of refurbishment, etc...).

High performance at a very reasonable cost. Absolutely no indication that it is refurbished.

I just received this laptop and so far, it is working wonderfully. I highly recommend this laptop for work. I will update after a couple of use.

No big issues so far. It’ the same machine I have at work. The IT guy at my office was able to set-up my email and I’m able to work from home. For the price I can’t ask for anything more. Can’t afford to buy a high-end machine but needed a machine for the kids to do their schoolwork on. The machine they were using was somewhat flimsy and this was a sturdier option. I also found out it had one year of warranty in case anything goes wrong. I did not have to invest much. It was an affordable option. Might be upgrading the memory soon. A home computer for my parents on a budget was what made me decide for this machine. We use Dell computers at work and never have any issues. For checking emails and looking at social media this was the right fit. I did ended up buying a mouse. I don’t think mom and dad would be figuring out how to use the touchpad anytime soon. With the current chip shortages and sky-high prices, I highly recommend trying a refurbished unit. Price and performance make these hard to beat for anyone needing a standard business or home PC. To top it off this company offers a one-year warranty. Well worth it.

the refurbished system was and is a great purchase. It works just fine and is very fast. The 32GB ram and 1 TB ssd added great value and the reason i purchased the unit. I am happy with my purchase and will buy a refurbished computer from bestbuy again in the future.

I like the processing speed and how its about to run multiple programs at once

I’ve had this computer for about a year now and everything still works great. I would never know it was refurbished if I hadn’t been the one to purchase it.

Runs like it’s brand new. No issues with it at all and i have had it since July (it’s now October).

Im buy Dell laptop 14" Intel 8 th. Gen Core I7 8665U. 32 GB 1 TB. Very good. Good battery, very fast start, very fast work.

Looks new. Had to update to the newest version of Windows. Everything works great.

The computer it's self is great, but I got this one refurbished.... The fan doesn't seem to turn off and the delete button stopped working.

Laptop Came damaged, just opened it and didn't work. Horrible experience
