This laptop is very good for its value. I was able to get this amazing laptop on discount for $450. It runs very smoothly and it has a great storage of 1TB. It allows me to download a lot of things. It works great for gaming as well. But it can overheat quickly. The fan is a bit loud as well. Overall, it is a great purchase and value for its RAM amount, and storage amount.

I purchased this laptop a month ago, and it is everything I needed for my home office work. Excellent speed and screen quality. The touch screen is an added benefit. The Screen is large, while the computer is still lightweight for my lap. Plenty of memory and storage for my documents and photos. This would have been perfect if the keyboard was backlit., but I am still able to see the keys OK, since white letters on black keys.

As a college student, all I needed was something cheep and mobile and that could run basic websites. This laptop did everything I wanted it to do. The battery can last for a decent amount of time, giving me time to work on papers and other assignments

Needed a new computer for a new job ASAP! After reading reviews and comparing prices Best Buy had the BEST value. I've been working on this product for 4 weeks now and it's been perfect for my on-the-go career. I need to open and use for a zoom call, google meet, scheduling, and research at any moment. This light weight, quick speed, easy to navigate system has been everything I needed and for the right price!!

I love this laptop. It has 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. My last one was much less but served it's purpose at the time. I usually buy HP but very happy with Dell. I also like the 15.6" size. Best Buy had the best price at the time I started shopping around. I have no regrets.

Got it on discount, and I would say it is definitely worth it. It is no gaming machine but I was surprised it could run GTA V and Fortnite at all. Of course you need low settings, but I am still dumbfounded by how these games could run. The touch-screen is a plus, easy navigation. The specs are good for me, enough storage to last me for a while. Screen is a very good size, not too big, not too small. Still good for me, I plan to use for the next 4 years or so. If it is on sale for $400, I'd say that is a steal! Only negative was the touch-pad had a little scratch (barely). Overall, it is very solid for watching videos, emails, documents, and gaming on low settings (depending on the game).

This is a very good laptop for the price. It works fast and runs smoothly for daily work and multitasking. Programs open quickly and the performance is reliable. The screen size is good for work, and the design looks professional. Battery life is also good for everyday use. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

This computer runs programs very well and overall I am happy with this purchase. Pros: 16 GB ram will run any middle of the road software decently well. I use it for Matlab and it boots up in 10 seconds. The 1TB of storage is also great since it allows a lot of info to be stored. Cons: -Cooling. It seems to need the fan on constantly when it is not elevated and being charged. -USB ports. On my Laptop they are very tight and caused a wireless mouse USB stick's shell to detach from the contact points. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind. Overall this is a great laptop since I came from 8GB ram and a fourth of storage and has about 6-7 hours of battery life at full charge. I also purchased this when it was on sale, so for the price I am extremely happy with this purchase.
