Fantastic laptop, especially for a refurbished sys
Fantastic laptop, refurbished well and it works great! Joysystems did a wonderful job in refurbishing this machine! All of the ports work, the display is crisp and clear with no dead pixels, keyboard is immaculate, processor and memory work super fast. Would highly recommend on of their laptops to fiends, family, and colleagues!

Refurbished laptops are GARBAGE!
WARNING: Do NOT buy refurbished laptops from Best Buy. They do not perform any quality assurance on these laptops before they sell them. I bought two Dell Precision 7540 laptops from Best Buy. One of them had to be returned right out of the box because BIOS flashed a warning that the battery was incompatible and so the motherboard would not charge it. The second laptop had keys that were sticking. As I had already installed quite a bit of software, I decided to live with it. Within days of the warranty expiring, the cooling fan began making loud noises. A few days later, it quit entirely. Additionally, the battery life seems to have completely diminished, lasting only 30 min on a full charge. I'm sure these were great laptops when they were brand new, but this refurbished garbage is simply not worth the savings. If this is the extent of QA/QC that Best Buy performs on their refurbished, or "Open Box", I would avoid buying those items at all cost. Just a warning!
