A: It gets hot, but the most annoying thing I wish I'd known before purchasing was how loud the fan gets.. and I mean loud.. I've been in the gaming world since 2400 baud modem BBS games on a 286, plus in the IT world for over 20 years, built numerous servers, desktops, etc.. software, Q&A, Dev, IT Management, etc.. and this is probably the loudest fan (when it spins up gaming) that I've ever experienced in any laptop or desktop.. I'd compare it to the HP ProLiant rack mount server sitting next to me I set up for my son to use as a Minecraft server.. it's that loud..
