I have had this laptop for several months and I mostly love it. It is fast, the screen is beautifull. Nice amount of storage with the added hard drive, and I would love to give it 5 stars all around but here it is. It has one pretty big problem. Windows 10. As all of us avid Microsoft PC users know is not exactly stable. Updates are prone to crash our machines. Windows often crashes and in this particular machine things like getting hung on the start up screen or shutdown screen. Spinning windows icons for hours and hours or nothing just locked bsod. Again anyone who uses Windows regularly understands those kind of issues come with Windows, and for most machines you just hard reset, turn off the machine and problem solved. Ok no big deal. And the battery is really good. This great machine runs forever. You cannot hard reset using the power button. It just flashes and stays running. You cant cntr alt delete, same thing stays running. Ok in most laptops you just remove the battery power goes down windows resets and back to work. But here is the problem with the Dell. The battery is internal. You cant remove it without taking the back cover off 10 tiny little screws that I would question whether or not void the warranty if you remove. So for a normal windows crash or update for most machines for this machine can leave you stuck literally for days. Or take it apart everytime this happens. This machine needs a physical battery shut down switch.

This laptop has too much power for such a low price, I paid $1159 before taxes. The screen is impeccable and the performance is amazing. I did remove the traditional secondary hard drive for an SSD. I've gotten around 3 hours of run time with the battery. The fans can get a bit loud but it's to be expected given the 2060 card it's packing!

It's good RTX laptop at this price. I worries about thermal management problem from other reviewer but after undervolting, it's better.

Everything works well except for a few small issues. When playing any game with the laptop plugged into an outlet, the fans go berserk blowing at maximum until you unplug it, wait a small while for the fans to slow down, and plug it back in. Only then does it worm as intended. Secondly, the frame rate of most games are cut dramatically if anything is played when the laptop is not plugged into a power source. Games become a laggy mess at that point, but once plugged in, its amazing.

The graphics are amazing, responds well to most situations. Do be careful of over heating and I've had some glitches with the fans. Over all a good investment.

If you get to remove all of the Dell bloatware, it runs phenomenally fast.

I place this my bedroom and everything is perfect every time I keep watching a movie or just a TV itself.

Bought this computer on a Monday was returning it by Wednesday morning. Repeated BSOD.. This is actually my 2nd attempt at writing this review. BSOD in the middle of my 1st attempt. Exchanged for a brand newer laptop same model and still getting blue screens. Returning again tomorrow, money back or different model, undecided as of yet.
