Dell lap top
Dell makes a quality laptop, in the past i have owned HP lap top and decided to go with the dell this time and I am very happy . The unit is very lite weight and battery life & processing speed is excellent.

Buyer Beware! Terrible Experience, Read This
Zero stars. If you think your local Best Buy (BB) store is going to help you with your BB Marketplace purchase, or that you will get timely service from the third party seller, PC Heaven, you are sadly mistaken. Shame on BB for duping customers. Shame on the third party PC Heaven for being unresponsive. When your purchase through BB website doesn’t show up in your account so you have no access to the return label, and when you’ve gone into the store twice to try and get help, and they refuse to help you because it was a BB Marketplace purchase (advertised by BB website!!!) and because you couldn’t get timely help after two separate trips to the BB store, it pushes you outside the two week return window, so then when BB marketplace third party tells you to go use the return label, but, the purchase doesn’t show up in your BB account, and when you finally can access the order through guest portal, it won’t give you the label because the companies involved in this issue caused your return to go outside the two week window. Then when you ask for help, you get zero response. It’s very frustrating and disappointing that there is zero customer service anymore. I don’t like writing bad reviews. I prefer to not say anything at all, but I felt like I had to warn others. I’m out over $1,100 on a computer that does not meet my needs, despite my best attempt at doing research. I can’t believe they even sell computers any more without the thunder bolt. Heavy sigh. Beware of Breast Buy, Best Buy Marketplace and third party vendors, such as PC Heaven.

I Got What I Wanted
I wanted a Windows 11 capable laptop. My IT daughter said to buy a Dell. This one offered the features I wanted, and even more, at a great price. So far, it seems fine.
