I love this laptop! Out of the box and ready to go...only took a few minutes to set it up and personalize it. It's a Dell and like most other Dell products it works like it should and then some. I've had it over a month now and not a single complaint.

I use this for work and it has stood up to my abuse well, including myriad insurance software programs all designed by the low bidder.

This is a basic computer that is fast enough of email, shopping, work processing etc. I do not play games. I think that people over buy for their computer needs. Unless you are a gamer or for some reason require a lot of computer power, this computer works great. The first computer I got crashed a little while after owning it. The Dell diagnostic program said there was an error in the bio. Windows 10 had indicated there was a missing file that prohibited its function. However, the nice thing about dealing with a brick and mortar store is that it was cheerfully replaced as I stood at customer service. The next computer lost the internet connection. So I researched online and got a Microsoft video on how to fix the problem. Talk about complicated. I gave that up and tried a you tube video that looked home made. They said to go to Device Manager and disable the wifi device and turn the computer off and then back on and enable the device. So I decided to try not a restarting of the computer but turning it off and then back on. That resolved the issue. The computer does about two to three updates a day to catch up. Each time a restart is required, but this I have experienced before with new computers. It is a little annoying but do it to avoid problems. Best Buy is the best place to buy you computers.

I like the speed, and the picture. Not a fan of the mouse, but and external mouse fix’s that problem. Thin but tough! Great for the price!

My son needed a good laptop for college. He is so happy with this new one. His old one just didn't have the speed or available space required for all of the classes he is taking. This laptop will save me a lot of headaches.

It was a great value as a same day open box item. After having it for a very long time it seems to have no shortage in memory and it continually stores much of the stuff I need without any sign of being full anytime soon. Also it has a very quick processor and also is great for streaming media from online. The one criticism I have is just sometimes lapse in internet connectivity as my wireless connection dropped repeatedly even in high traffic areas. Overall I recommend this computer to anyone and everyone from experienced to those just starting off on your first laptop.

Old HP laptop the Hard Drive crashed not once, not twice, but three times. The first time within the warranty period. HP replaced the PC no charge. The second time cost me $400 as PC was 1 1/2 years old. The PC guy (not Geek Squad) managed to recover data. The third time, it crashed, I said the heck with this. When did research, I could get the equivalent of what I had with HP in Dell. As I do a lot of stuff with the laptop, I ran the Dell thru the paces and in a lot of areas (if not most), the Dell performed quicker and was able to multi-task better.

A lot of computer for the money. Will do everything I need with enough speed. Intel i3 chip gives lots of bang for the buck !

It works really well! Speed is more than adequate -- computing power is incredible and you can't beat the storage space! I've only had it a few weeks but so far it does everything I want it to -- and more!! I have it set up just like my desktop and it really makes my life easier! I've got a trip coming up and I'd be lost without my email and the Internet. This fits the bill and you can't beat the cost! I love Dell -- all my computers have been Dellls -- and this is another in a great tradition! Highly recommended!

I'm am accustomed to using a mouse. This touch-pad doesn't respond unless my finger is at the correct location on the pad. Yes, I'm getting used to it when I don't take the time to pull the wireless mouse out of my bag; it just seems like it has specific places you must have your finger to respond to a tap. I have no complaints outside of the touch-pad.

This Dell Inspiron 15-3567, at $289 (on sale at the time of purchase in July of 2017), is more than enough to get the job finished, without having to break your bank. It features the 7th Generation Intel Core i3 7100. Having a dual core that is clocked at 2.4 GHz is going to give you enough power to stream HD video, Netflix, and live tv and sports programs. 6 GB of RAM is going to give you enough memory to allow for multiple programs to run at the same time and is upgradeable, as well. The video card, an Intel HD Graphics 620 with 4 GB of video RAM and 128 Mb of dedicated RAM, isn't going to allow you to do any heavy duty gaming such as GTA V, HALO, CoD, etc., however, you'll still be able to play some awesome games such as Minecraft, Star Trek Online, Simcity, The Sims, Flight Simulator, some older first person shooters like Counter Strike: Source, simple RPG's such as Bastion, and Ori and the Blind Forest, all with little to no lag so I'm sure it will play others as well. The rest of the computer is rock solid. The 1 TB (1,000 GB) hard drive is more than enough storage for the average persons. 3 USB ports for all your devices. An HDMI output to hook to your HD television for all your streaming needs. Long battery life. A 15.6 inch HD display. Bluetooth connectable. HD web cam. SD Card reader. Also, it comes with a DVD/RW drive. PROS: Great price, powerful enough for everyday use. Light to mid gaming is a breeze! CONS: Video card not meant for heavy duty games such as GTA V, or CoD. No software package such as Microsoft Office or Works or any other word processors or spread sheets, only One Note and Paint. No pre loaded games except solitaire and a free trial of Minecraft Windows 10 beta. Basic software only.

IIf you are looking for a gaming super fast computer this isnt for you. The mouse on the keyboard it hard to navigate and is sensitive. Opens files when you dont want to. The laptop is fine for what I am using it for. Surfing the net. I got it at a really good price and it is worth what I paid for it
