I bought this computer for work and it’s the best!

This laptop is very quick. I use it for light duty tasks, like checking email, streaming tv shows and even testing/troubleshooting connection issues while doing packet captures. For my uses it's perfect! I also found it on sale for over $100 less than what I was budgeting to pay (it was a replacement for an aging laptop that I have). I noticed download speeds are higher with this device even when connected to my old wifi5 router, which seems to be due to the improved technology of the AX211 it has. I get 360+ Mbps download speeds on this device versus 260+Mbps on an older Dell laptop that has a 2x2 Wireless AC adapter. This is on a Spectrum 300 Mbps connection. Overall I'm very pleased with the performance and coming in under budget! One thing to note, while for my uses it's perfect, if you're a user that needs to have lots of apps open at the same time, the model with 16GB of RAM would probably be a better fit for you.

I've only had this laptop for about a month, but I am loving it so far. I had a previous version of the same computer before this one, and I really like the updates. It's much sleeker than my last one, and the new charging port is so versatile with all my other chargers. It holds a charge for so long and has a quick startup time. Also love the touch ID for signing in! The one downside I've found is that there is only 1 regular USB port, so I will need to use an adapter when I need more than 1 accessory.

When my old laptop said "hard drive failure imminent", I knew it was time to replace it. Dell is the way to go. I was hesitant to go with Win 11 but found ways to doctoring it up to make it work like Win 10. The laptop is very versatile with a touchscreen as well as being able to flip it around to make it like a tablet. I would have liked an extra usb port but you can always get a thingy that plugs in and gives you multiple extra plugs. The lighted keyboard is REALLY nice and something that you don't always find on laptops that are not super high-end. I am not a computer techie but this unit was easy to set up, even with dealing with win 11. I like the 14-inch size as it is not as cumbersome as the 15-inch.

I’m not a laptop savvy kind of girl. But the sales rep, recommended this laptop. Overall I love it, I use it for homework, Netflix and emails. It’s really easy to use and they also helped me install the 360 Microsoft. The sound and videography when I’m watching Netflix is at great volume. I love that you could fold the keyboard in half and use it as a tablet, and it’s also touch screen.

This laptop is worth the price with good specs and excellent performance compared to other laptops in same segment. It's light weight, best in performance and compact in size.

The Dell Inspiron 7430 laptop was purchased to be used for college. The 8 GB memory seems to be enough for everyday school usage. The touch screen and 2 in 1 capability work well. This laptop will run Sims 4 on high graphics, however this is not a gaming laptop. The battery life is 4-5 hours between charges. I was expecting longer. As a side note, I purchased separately the digital or active pen (PB5122W) which Dell recommends for the Inspiron 7430. I found the pen works with this laptop but not at its full advertised capabilities. You are unable to customize the two buttons on the side of the pen. Dell claims you are able to do this but after multiple discussions with Dell customer support, it is still not working. Keep this in mind if you are planning on purchasing a digital pen to use with this laptop. Dell customer support has been disappointing. The representatives I have spoken with know less about this Dell laptop and Dell digital pen than I do.

I got this computer for school, ands it's been great! Lightweight, runs fast. No problems at all and I've had it almost a year. It runs all of my mapping and coding programs with no issues. Highly regiment.
