Good computer for the price. It starts up pretty quick and I love the touch screen. I like the fact that it has a pop-up camera that can be closed when not in use.

I purchased an open box as far as some of original packaging material was missing is was still in excellent shape with no issues and as described all parts were in the original open box with all paperwork. This dell is fantastic wow super fast! Pages load right up and you’re really surfing the web, load instantly. I also love the pop up camera for video chat or conference and the touch is a nice touch also works very well you won’t be disappointed

I am very impressed by this All-In-One Touchscreen! After a good bit of research, this seems like it had everything I needed. Not only does it function perfectly, the design and style of the setup is also easy on the eyes!

Had trouble within 2 hours of firing up unit. Was on a Duke Univ website when I was suddenly locked out. Called Geek squad and they got me out of it and recommended I take back to store. Brought back to Commack store and John loaded in a pop up blocker. This fixed problem. Also when coming out of sleep mode cursor moves erratically, and multiple clicks finally gets system back into home page. Not sure what other problems lurking. Windows 11 hard to get used to coming from Windows 7.

I have owned many Dell products over the years. Majority of my experience has been positive. Generally speaking only minor issues. Keep in mind, I work in IT so can solve most problems whereas a typical consumer may not be as competent. This all-in-one PC is another quality product from Dell. Very pleasing to the eyes. Overall size is perfect for my needs. Although the screen is not 4K or even QHD, but gets the job done. Great office and school PC. I would require more compute, storage, and screen real estate for my work needs, but not why I purchased. This PC will be part of my home office for years to come.

I love my new Dell computer. Didn't know the keyboard and mouse has to be used with batteries, though. Would rather have cords.

It works. I moved down from an Inspiron 24" ICore i7. There are differences, it's a little slower but get the job done.
