Good for casual use and school work, be careful with debris and dirt getting in keyboard as it can make them mushy. Touch screen isn’t very useful though because you can only rotate it so far. Excellent display and battery life

Small learning curve from Windows 10 to 11. The laptop itself runs really well and fast. Not running super heavy software, Photoshop being the heaviest, but having multiple Office apps open, music playing, PS open, and the web browser opened and nothing shows any sign of lag or slowing doing. Very, very happy with this, but not surprised, I have always leaned towards Dell for all my laptop needs over the past 20 years.

Poor battery performance. The battery life last about 3hours when fully charged. It works great for the purpose it was bought which is majorly for school.

I never write reviews but my Dell 5410 Inspiron 2-in-1 just busted at the right hinge, just like 2 of my other Dells! Apparently, shutting it a few times a week is too much for it to handle. The lower end of the screen comes apart and breaks. Can't close it now, and only a matter of time until the screen breaks further making it useless. The Dell SSD sucks!

Dell is always a great choice when you just need a PC that works without too much Hoop-La. I purchased this one for my grandson to do job searches and other projects. But you know the younger people today want to do everything on their cell phones and abbreviate their whole lives in emojis. The pc does work great. I just have to ask for the password from time to time so that I can update it. He never really uses it.

It basically works well, but the battery doesn't seem to last long and the fingerprint sign in doesn't work and was one of the reasons I bought this laptop.

This is a very useful computer, the price is very high, and the workmanship and material of the computer are very good, very light, and the battery is very durable. Overall, it is a good purchase.

So far working well. Having a slight problem with the touch pad. Too sensitive. If I brush it while I am typing my curser jumps to another location.

Dear Hitman1
We would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the battery on your Inspiron 5410 2-in-1 laptop is not performing as it should.
To help with this issue, we recommend changing the Power Plan:
1. On the notification area of the taskbar, right-click the Battery icon.
2. On the options list, click Power Options.
3. Select a power plan on the battery meter, such as Power Saver or Balanced. Windows 10 has a built-in 'Battery Saver' mode that can be activated to extend your system's battery life. The Battery Saver mode will monitor and limit background activity and other features such as push notifications. You do have the option to enable or disable this mode within settings or within advanced Battery Saver settings, you can customize the mode to best suit your needs.
a) Click on the Action Center icon in the taskbar and select the tile for Battery Saver.
b) If running Cortana then type Battery Saver into the search box and select from the results.
Within the Battery Saver settings page, you will be able to turn on and off the feature and customize the feature to best meet your needs.
c) Turn Battery Saver On or Off.
d) Additional settings available via the Battery use and Battery saver settings links.
e) Battery use shows further info on apps and their power usage.
f) Battery Saver Settings screen allows you to customize further Battery Saver feature.
