Q: Does this pc come in with everything built already
A: It came with all the memory (solid state drive, hard drive for data, RAM and connections for my monitors). I already owned Microsoft, security programs, graphic programs and others that I needed. Best Buy loaded my Microsoft and security programs and I loaded the others plus moved my own data. I installed a 2nd hard drive (data) from my old PC.
Q: Does it come with recovery discs?
A: No. And you shouldn’t need one. (It doesn’t come with any software on cds.) If you want a copy, you can download them from Dell support under Drivers and Downloads. Then burn it to a CD or a drive as a backup. There are a few recovery tools built into Dell computers too, Microsoft Reset and recovery, Dell has one and one is in the BIOS, plus Microsoft system restore points.
