From start to finish, this refurbished laptop purchase far exceeded my expectations. The moment I opened the box, I could tell that real care had gone into how it was packaged. Nothing inside was loose or hastily thrown together; everything from the protective padding to the way the laptop was sealed inside spoke of professionalism and attention to detail. The laptop itself arrived partially charged and ready to go, which was a small but thoughtful touch. The included charger was clean, functional, and matched the quality of an original accessory.
